### "WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND "

Honestly not very food the Account manager takes ages to reply. The solution is to 'raise a ticket'. With the that much money the there's no Value.

Pros

Very basic system which makes it easier for the colleagues who are less comfortable with technology.

Cons

There's no way to run reports, to see advanced holiday date, no proper performance management tool. No automatic calculation.

### "Overall a good platform "

Overall good and easier than the last HR portal we used as a company. There are always some improvements but overall happy

Pros

For each staff member you have clear tabs on what you need to find for them. How many days holidays they have to take and how much sickness they have had.

Cons

The drop downs on saving documents are not specific so where you may put a review etc may be different from another manager.

Overall, I had a great experience, which is mainly due to the support received during the set up phase.

Pros

Access PeopleHR is easy and intuitive to use. As an admin, I can get pretty much everything I need without contacting support. However, whenever I required help, I received it very quickly. There are a lot of useful features and they are constantly updated and upgraded. Day to day employee management is very straightforward. Reporting has handy pre-sets but it's also easy to create bespoke reports.

Cons

I would like an option to remove functions we do not use from the customer interface - i.e. expenses, performance

Generally good and easy to use - good value for money, the app occasionally goes down but this seems to have improved

Pros

Ease of use for admin and employee's handy to be able to book things on the phone and I like the new features for searching and employee by name

Cons

In the past support was slow but this seems to have improved, the system occasionally has minor glitches. You can upload expenses on the desktop version

### "Easy to use! "

Easy to use! Does the job and we have used it effectively for the last 6 years. It serves it's purpose and I like how it links to an ATS system.

Pros

The system is easy to use and can be used across the business at all different levels. It is easy to request holidays using the mobile app.

Cons

I think as a business grows, the system is less easy to use as it is quite manual. There is a lot of information that needs entering and could be done incorrectly due to human error. I would like to be able to lock down areas of the system and give more access to specific areas that are included in the 'super admin' access to those that don't need all access.

### "Helpful and user-friendly HR System"

My overall experience with PeopleHR has been very positive so far, and I’m finding the system really helpful in managing our HR processes more efficiently. In particular, the dashboard feature stands out, it gives me clear visibility of the key figures I need for my monthly reports, which saves time and makes tracking much easier. Overall, it’s been a practical and user-friendly tool that supports my day-to-day work well.

Pros

PeopleHR is a really good HR platform, especially for growing businesses that want to simplify their people processes. It’s easy to use, automates a lot of the admin work, and gives employees a handy self-service portal for things like holiday requests and personal info updates. The all-in-one setup (covering performance, absence tracking, and reporting) makes it practical and good value for all businesses.

Cons

I’m currently unsure how to upload part-time workers into the annual leave section, although this may simply be a setup issue on my side. I still need to contact support, and I expect this will likely be resolved once I’ve spoken with them.

Overall we are happy, the support from trianing was good. Our adoption specialists were always bery helpful and responsive.

Pros

Overall the system is very easy to use, very user friendly. The holiday planner is probably our most used item thus far for employee holiday management but once we dive more into what can be utilised I am sure the value for money will arise.

Cons

Because the system is so in depth you can get a little lost in how to set up reports and working out all the little niggly bits. We had training before we launched the system, however this was very basic training so we have struggled sometimes with more indepth reports.

### "Good service, somewhat difficult product"

Overall fine. Customer support is fairly useful but as above, the platform in general feels a bit confusing or overly complicated at times. Other services have a much cleaner and easier approach.

Pros

The layout of the employees section is useful. It is easy to compare them and looking through salary and holiday data by flicking from one employee to the next.

Cons

Generating reports is far to confusing and difficult to do. More templates for common ones would be useful. Some other features are also overly complicated or just not clear and so we don't make use of them.

Good - great to see a plethora of products and services we can choose from and how this would benefit our firm and make it a one stop shop for all of the requirements that we have and need. Great way for us to manage our employees as we operate hybrid and a good tool for communication and keeping everyone together.

Pros

Really enjoyed working with \[sensitive content hidden\] and the wider team, always super helpful and friendly and willing to help. Ensuring we are choosing the right tools and guiding us on how easy it is to use and the reporting functions.

Cons

Pricing can be a bit steep but also lack of integration with other Access group products can be frustrating but hopefully this is addressed on the roadmap.

Its a HR system that doesnt require a PhD to navigate. Quite easy to use! All-in-one - everything in once place from Recruitment tracking, to performance reviews. Employees can update here info, request leave etc which removes the back and forth. It is all accessible!

Cons

If system is busy, can take a while to load. Updates can make it a bit difficult to navigate the changes.

Is easy to navigate and can store all important documents/files , as well as the chat box is a massive help.

Cons

Creating reports in Access PeopleHR used to be quite time-consuming and not very intuitive, which sometimes made extracting the right data frustrating. However, the introduction of the chat box has been a massive positive change and has significantly improved the overall user experience.

It's good to have one system to store all employee data, however sometimes it is not the easiest to navigate and to find certain settings.

Pros

Having all employee information in one place. New chat facility is useful. Employees have said it is easy to book annual leave.

Sometimes can be unintuitive. It has been hard in the past to receive customer support but this seems to be improving.

Overall I find Access PeopleHR to be a good system that has the right features for what we need, but there are some improvements on quality of life and using away from your desk that could be worked upon

Pros

People HR is overall very user friendly with adding in leave requests/approvals etc and performance appraisals easy to use and report on.

Cons

Some areas are still confusing to find, for example when looking for documents this can be time consuming and have you navigate from multiple screens. Perhaps a search function would be better here. Also its not very friendly on mobile devices, perhpas this needs improving or an app available

### "A fit for purpose product"

My overall experience has been positive in the main. It works when I need it to work and staff also find it easy to use.

Pros

I like the ease of holiday planning and seeing when others are off. I also like how documents can be stored centrally.

Cons

I would like to be able to see indirect reports. Right now i can only see direct reports, which means i am unable to manage indirect reports when their line manager is off. Syncing of the diary to outlook could be improved too.

I have found People HR to be a very effective system. The planner provides clear visibility of staff holidays and availability, while the central library of documents ensures everything is stored in one accessible place. The logbook function allows accurate and transparent recording, and the process of reviewing and approving holiday requests is simple and efficient. Overall, the system supports smoother management and saves valuable time.

Pros

I appreciate Access PeopleHR's intuitive system which simplifies setup and user experience. The quick access feature for profiles, payslips, and holiday authorizations through the app is efficient and centralizes essential information. Additionally, the planner and document library improve organizational visibility and secure information access. The team likes the app's ease for holiday requests.

Cons

I would probably just say the interface. Probably could just do with a bit of a refresh. Just to bring it up to date, I guess the issue with that always is people know where everything is after a while. So as soon as you change it, it creates issues around people not knowing. So it's quite a complex task. But I guess, just the interface possibly, you could just do with a bit of modernization. It hasn't really changed over the seven years I've used it

Improving with time but some investment into developing a more modern, user-friendly interface would be good. There is misalignment between some features - ie the logbooks are outdated, no ability to create own customisable documents and the performance management area needs an overhaul as the question format is awful.

Pros

There are a lot of useful features and like having different modules all under access group. It is being improved over time.

Cons

A lot of areas need modernising and making it more seamless but they are making progress on changes.

Pros

The recording of leave entitlement and usage is clear, concise and easy to navigate for users. The carryover feature works well. Document storage is easy to use and access by users.

Cons

The lack of facility to set up different year templates for leave entitlement between years, i.e. 2026 template could only be set up from 1st January 2026 without also affecting the 2025 calendar view.

I have used peopleHR for over 5 years and have continually found it a great product which is constantly updated to suit the needs of users. The reporting features are great. It has been very well accepted in all the companies I have worked for - by both staff and management. Its a great management tool

ease of use great management data love the on line chat support - which gives instant help Managers can access their staff data without having to constantly contact HR

would like to see pre built reporting difficulty resetting passwords when staff forget or get locked out

Overall, the experience has been positive - great team from start to finish. Well project managed and implemented. Our requirements were quite complex but the team were able to deliver everything we required and the staff give positive feedback about the product, which is great to hear.

Pros

Very easy to use and excellent customer support. The mobile app in particular has driven much higher adoption than any HR Product we have used before.

Cons

Some of our requirements, whilst achievable, needed to be delivered by a specialist/developer which can make things more expensive and have an impact on getting the product live.

### "Does what it says on the tin!"

Overall does what it needs to do happy with the product for current business needs. Can be expensive if not using to full potential.

Pros

Simple interface, layout and planner meaning its easy for employees to use without in depth training

An option to reset passwords on the employer side would be helpful when employees are struggling to access their account

Really good, structured process during set up. From the start with the sales teams, they were clear and concise in answering all questions to ensure this was the correct system for our business.

Pros

We love this system! It's easy to use and the reporting functionality is excellent. The end user app and desktop version is also really user friendly. Love the pulse survey option!

Cons

Nothing really, probably need more training but the chat bot is excellent at answering any questions.

### "Great platform with lots of functionality"

Overall a very positive experience, i really like the great user experience and the reporting capability is very good

Pros

I really like the planner section and the self service functions on the platform, from an HR admin perspective it has greatly reduced the time it takes to process changes. The reporting capabilities are great and using the ripples and log books are a fantastic feature that help automate process and freeing up time. It has an ease of use that is refreshing compared to other systems and the customer support from the initial training on going customer support and AI support are all very good. It provides value for money

Cons

I would like to be able to record phased returns on the planner and log sickness in hours and not the pre set full, half or quarter day

### "User-friendly and intuitive HRIS."

Good so far and useful with its multiple functions. Looking to integrate our payroll system with PeopleHR in future to make best use of the HRIS.

Pros

The HRIS is user-friendly and intuitive. We use it for multiple functions including recruitment, expense processing, managing leave and performance management. It also has a handy self-service app to complement the desktop website.

Cons

The ATS could be more visually appealing - it is not as 'attractive' as other ATS in the market. Also, not able to submit expenses on the desktop website - can only do this on the self-service app.
