Overall I am very happy with the experience. Having used overly complicated systems in the past in previous companies it was refreshing to come in to a new system that was easy to understand and use.

Pros

It is a very user friendly system. New employees get a really good grasp of it very quickly which saves time and increases confidence. I love the level of reporting that I can do, specifically that I can change the parameters and export an excel sheet.

Cons

I find it can be difficult to get help with an issue. I dont have a contact and sometimes I have an issue that cannot be fixed using the chatbox or troubleshooting.

Overall the system delivers what we need it to - I am still exploring its capability as a new HR employee

The system is easy to use for end users and administrators alike. The reporting functions seem quite extensive. I particularly like the ability to send emails directly into employees document tab

Cons

The labelling of tabs seems counter intuitive ie the personal tab does not contain address/phone/emergency contact info - this is held in the Contacts tab. As someone new to the organisation I have found it difficult to gert support ie not Account manager details, no training videos as far as I have been able to ascertain

Very easy to use with a strong set of features. The reporting tools are particularly useful, and customer support is responsive and helpful. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

Cons

Some of the more advanced features can take a little time to fully understand at first, especially when setting up reports, but once configured it’s very straightforward to use. Occasional UI updates can take a bit of getting used to, but nothing major.

Excellent - We used to have to email our manager to book time off, this was all done through spreadsheets, and we would have to constantly ask to request how many days of annual leave we had left, which was cumbersome. We can now easily see and manage our annual leave.

Very simple to use, absolutely changed the game for us in the way we book annual leave, view our calendar etc.

Cons

Some of the functions although great are difficult to get to, such as personal planner. I can do it now but took me a while to figure out how to get to it. Apart from that nothing.

It is easy to access and tracking progress, it is easy to keep everything in the same place and is easy to track holidays training and sicknesses. Good programmer for managers to manage staff. Limited issues with logging in no bugs.

Cons

The app could be a bit more desirable and not limited and work more like the desktop site . The app is limited

### "It's good, but it would be nice to be a little more flexible and have better reporting capabilities"

I would say it is an average product that is lightweight and easy to through yourself into, but don't expect to be able to complete complex resource - mapping tasks as the heatmap view isn't really customisable by team which is what I would have liked to have seen.

Pros

The PeopleHR solution is good value for money and easily used. The document and resource management is useful.

Cons

There are regular, irritating software errors and bugs when trying to sign off certain uploaded documents. I don't know why this happens, but I have some documentation back from 2022 that simply refused to be signed.

This has been my first time using HR software from a HR perspective and it has been very easy to learn and navigate. After learning the basics, I've found it's also easy to figure out how to do something myself.

Pros

Very straightforward and user friendly. Great support team when issues arise and the reporting feature is fantastic

Cons

Some features could be better integrated like the ATS, which could also make improvements with candidate profile management. The look of the ATS could be more streamlined. Would also like to be able to create and add our own sections to employee profiles so we can add employee info that is relevant to our company.

I use Access PeopleHR to track holidays, sick days, and out-of-office hours. I appreciate its centralized leave requests feature and find it easy to navigate and monitor. I find the setup of Access PeopleHR very easy, and I would highly recommend it.

I like that Access PeopleHR makes it easy to track people's holidays allowance and monitor when they are on annual leave, as well as to track sick days and out of office hours. I appreciate having all the leave requests in one place, which makes it easy to navigate and monitor. It's really easy to use and helps me find the information I need quickly. The initial setup was also very easy.

Nothing at the moment. Navigating the system is really easy and it's quick to find the information I'm looking for.

### "HR is about good commuication - PeopleHR dont have this"

When things are working well its great, when things are not its very poor. There support often takes weeks to reply about contact and finance issues and months to resolve.

Pros

Its one of the most fully featured HR platforms out there, good holiday tracking with many options i have not seen elsewhere for part time or variable working patterns

Cons

The back office is appalling—by this I mean finance and contract renewals. When we wanted to modify our plan, they said we couldn’t, but then were unable to provide any evidence that we were actually in a contract. Even after our contract ended, they continued to bill us and have made it virtually impossible to get the money back.

Generally good and easy to navigate around the system as most buttons would indicate what area I will be looking at and direct me to what I need to do.

Pros

It is easy to use and it makes scheduling rota easy and managing staff availabilities easier as well. I can't comment about value for money as that decision is made by the company director, so I don't know what other options were considered before the decision was made.

Cons

Raising cases. If it could be simplified and making access to raise urgent cases to receive acknowledgement within a few hours as sometimes it's not clear whether the case you raised has gone through or not.

While it works well for straightforward tasks, the lack of flexibility in generating detailed or combined queries holds the system back from being fully effective for more complex HR reporting needs.

Pros

Customer Support, issues are resolved pretty promptly when raised. System is fairly easy to use and navigate.

Cons

Lack of ability in the system when generating queries, as two things to be done and the system cannot comprehend and confuses the report, the support team openly admitted nothing could be done to rectify this.

### "Almost good, but fell short."

Frustrating. It's almost very good but falls short on a critical feature that did not work most of the time. What's worse is the bug was not consistent meaning we could not replicate it.

Pros

Plenty of categories, meaning very granular expense reports could be created which is very helpful for such a diverse company like us.

Cons

When submitting an expense to my manager, I uploaded images of my receipts. By the time she receives it, the images weren't there. She'd have to decline the expense and I'd have to re-do it. This happened multiple times with myself and others in the company. User Interface dated and hard to use for some of my colleagues.

Great system for using HR and recruitment everything in one place. We can all access the teams information in one place.

Pros

The ATS great tool for managing candidates through the recruitment process. Easy to see where candidates are and for managers to review

Cons

Holiday planner hard to see who else is off one a big scale. Also I think the reporting tool could be more user friendly.
