This all comes down to scoping and knowing what you want to use it for. Our experience has been great. We populated the knowledgebase with everything it needs to answer questions for visitors to our site. Once it's set up, it just works.The ability to have multiple knowledgebases allows the flexibility to provide detailed process information inside your login partition, and general info on the public facing side. As complex processes are updated, it's extremely easy to update the knowledgebase, and information is instantly actionable to clients.

Pros

Very easy to set up and configure. Easier to modify, and best of all, easy to forget.

Cons

Honestly, nothing. It has it's place in the company's overall landscape, and it's great at that.
