Ohne Support leider nur eingeschränkt bis gar nicht nutzbar, sobald ein Fehler auftritt.

Pros

Vorab, ich kann den Schichtplaner wegen eines Bugs nicht mehr nutzen. Der Hersteller antwortet allerdings seit Wochen auf keine EMail. Ich zahle Geld, bekomme dafür aber leider nichts!Ansonsten wäre es ein ziemlich gutes und günstiges Programm.Mein Tipp: Finger weg!!!

Cons

Kein Support! Auch auf mittlerweile 5 Anfragen via EMail keine Antwort erhalten. Unterirdisch!

Einfaches und übersichtliches Tool, welches nur für sehr kleine Betriebe geeignet ist. Aufgrund des fehlenden Supports und der fehlenden Transparenz ist es zu überlegen, ob man das Tool nutzen möchte. Es gibt zwar eine offizielle Anschrift in Deutschland, aber nur ein belgisches Konto.

Pros

Die Software ist sehr schnell eingerichtet und die Bedienung ist meistens selbsterklärend.

Cons

Einige Unstimmigkeiten trüben den ansonsten guten Eindruck. Warum kann man den Live-Modus in der neueren Ansicht nicht auf unbegrenzt einstellen? Dies funktioniert nur in der Wochenansicht. Auch Benachrichtigungen über die Freischaltung des Dienstplans werden nicht versendet. Mit Überweisungen hat der Betreiber so seine Probleme. Oftmals kommt es vor, dass die Software nicht mehr freigeschaltet ist, obwohl bereits gezahlt wurde. Dies ist kritisch, da es keinen offiziellen Support gibt!

Mies, mieser am miesesten. Einen Schichtplaner den man weder in Excel (früher ging das noch) noch in PDF anzeigen lassen kann ist einfach Witzlos. Ginge ja eventuell noch wenn es eine App dazu gäbe, gibt es aber nicht. Den Support kann man komplett kübeln, da kommt genau nichts zurück. Eindeutige Empfehlung dieses Produkt nicht zu kaufen bzw. nicht mehr zu verlängern. Das hat man sich als Kunde nicht verdient

Pros

Angangs war alles gut, nach nahezu einem Jahr (November 2021) ging es Bergab

Cons

PDF Erstellung funktioniert seit geraumer Zeit nicht mehr, Support 4x angeschrieben - Reaktion genau 0. Fehlende App für Mitarbeiter (gut damit könnte man leben)

Support anfragen zu bezahlter Rechnung usw. werden einfach nicht beantwortet. Es gibt keine Telefonnummer, die Adresse im Impressum ist ein Briefkasten.

Pros

Es ist übersichtlich gestaltet und sollte einen guten Überblick verschaffen.

Cons

Manche Funktionen sind nur schwer aufrufbar. Ausserdem wird ohne vorankündigung Layout und Funktionsumfang geändert.

Der support ist nicht vorhanden. Es wurde für einen Monat die Pro-Version gebucht und auch gut und erfolgreich genutzt. EIne weitere Buchung inkl. Bezahlung führte nicht zur Freischaltung. Mehrfache Anfrage per Kontaktformular und email wurde nichtmal beantwortet. Es ist nichtmal ärgerlich um die 2x gezahlten 8.49 Euro. Ärgerlich ist die neue Auswahl eines tools und deren Einrichtung. Da ist locker mal ein Arbeitstag weg.

Pros

Einfache Einrichtung, genügend Funktionalität für unsere Größe

Cons

Wunschtermine nicht ganz intuitiv. Übernahme von Schichtplänen aus dem Vormoat nicht möglich.
