Wir sind seit 3 Jahren Kunde und sind bisher sehr zufrieden. Ich kann emediaone nur weiterempfehlen. Hier wird man noch persönlich betreut und hat nicht das Gefühl, dass man ein Kunde von vielen ist.

Pros

Das Onboarding und die Schulung waren sehr gut und haben uns schnell geholfen, uns mit der Nutzung der Software vertraut zu machen. Ich bin begeistert davon, wie die emediaone in der Lage ist, sämtliche Betriebsabläufe meines Unternehmens abzubilden und einen ganzheitlichen Überblick zu ermöglichen. Der Support ist zuverlässig und hat mir bei Fragen und Problemen immer geholfen.

Cons

Der einzige Nachteil ist, dass es derzeit kein HR-Modul gibt. Im Moment nutzen wir daher noch ein externes Tool. Sobald dies verfügbar ist, werden wir es aber buchen.
