Pros

What I liked most about Hi Fives is the strong support and technical agility demonstrated by the team. They have been consistently focused on improving processes and delivering better outcomes through regular enhancements and proactive collaboration.

Cons

It has been great! All thanks to \[sensitive content hidden\] for having such a streamlined process. All requests are catered to well in time and the users are also very happy with the shift to Hi-Fives.

Pros

1\. The ease of using the platform from both, an admin and an employee perspective. 2. The support and quick response by the team. 3. The number of brands present to be redeemed as vouchers

Cons

1\. Nominator has to go back to "Nominate" again after submitting one nomination. There should be multiple entries allowed. 2. Awards are currently not automated to be sent to the nominators every month.

Always had a very good experience with Hifives as the leadership team is great. They partner with us to identify the root cause of any problem and come up with solutions which can solve it immediately and also work towards long term resolution so that the same patter never repeats. They are very responsive and quick.

Pros

Ease of use and customer service. Very approachable to listen to understand the issue to solve it.

Cons

Nothing as such. May be the look of e-certificates could be improved.
