Me and my team using prodcamp software more than 2 years and we found this solutions really convenient for our purposes. A large number of our users (more than 3000 customers) send feature requests almost daily and we smash them every week to improve our products for users. The main users of the application are product managers

Pros

The simple and intuitive interface of the application allows even the most basic users to go onboarding and leave a good impression about the management, configuration and daily operation of the application. He closes all our tasks in matters of receiving feedback from customers in an online form.

Cons

No significant shortcomings of the application have been identified.

The email forwarding has a few glips, the internal roadmap is not customizable
