Hele fijne samenwerking.

Pros

altijd snel bereikbaar. Hele vriendelijke en meedenkende werknemers. Problemen worden snel opgelost

Cons

Ik kan zo even geen minpunten bedenken. Er was ons een mogelijkheid belooft in de layout van de website wat uiteindelijk eigenlijk niet kon, en dit is alsnog gelukt en heel netjes opgelost dus geen minpunten!!

De communicatie met \[gevoelige inhoud verborgen\] (contactpersoon) en Recranet Support bij vragen vinden wij altijd erg fijn en soepel verlopen. Recranet heeft ons al vaker direct geholpen en meegedacht in oplossingen en ons hier ook in ondersteund. We vinden het zeker een prettige samenwerking!

Pros

\-Gemakkelijk via iCal koppelingen verschillende reserveringssystemen/externe partijen koppelen-Inzien van totale reserveringen, omzet % met jaren die je kunt aanvinken voor vergelijking-Gemakkelijk automatisch mails opzetten en verzenden gasten-Planbord met een fijn overzicht per camping en beschikbaarheid-Uitdraaien Excel sheets extra opties overzicht

Cons

\-Eigenarenomgeving mag zeker geoptimaliseerd worden met meer inzicht voor campingeigenaren-De eigenarenafrekening vind ik persoonlijk erg ingewikkeld waarbij we nog veel handmatige handelingen moeten uitvoeren-Als we prijzen wijzigen, dan moeten deze eerst nog 'bevroren' worden anders worden deze uit oude reserveringen weggehaald die je aan het aanpassen bent. Dit zou ten alle tijden moeten blijven staan als je wat wijzigt in een desbetreffende reservering.

Prettig, professioneel.

Pros

Snelle service, fijn contact, goed werkend systeem als je doorhebt hoe het werkt.

Cons

In het begin als ‘nooit gebruiker’ vond ik het niet altijd even makkelijk, door de fijne helpdesk lukt het daarna altijd.

Hele fijne accurate contactpersoon.

Pros

Makkelijker om klanten binnen te halen. Klanten hebben overzicht in ons aanbod dus meer boekingen.Voor klanten makkelijker proces om een reservering te plaatsen. Tijdwinst voor ons, nu het boeken via dit systeem gaat.

Cons

Voor mij is het systeem vrij prijzig. Er is enorm veel mogelijk binnen dit systeem maar als kleine camping gebruik ik alleen de basis functionaliteiten.

Recranet is een toegankelijk programma waar we als bedrijf veel aan hebben gehad. Het kost wel wat tijd om het je eigen te maken, maar dat is bij andere programma's ook het geval. Je wordt goed begeleid als je er om vraagt. De omgang met de mensen van het bedrijf is zeer prettig en laagdrempelig.

Pros

De koppeling met de website is goed. Mensen vinden de website en reserveren op een tijd dat het hun zelf uit komt. Er zijn veel mogelijkheden om prijzen in te stellen, dat vereist wel de nodige kennis van zaken. Het is fijn dat een groot deel van de betalingen via het systeem binnenkomt. In geval van corona werd er snel op ingespeeld door een functionaliteit vouchers te maken. Er wordt goed ingespeeld op actuele situaties. Als je verbeterpunten aangeeft wordt dit vaak opgepakt. Je wordt goed en vriendelijk geholpen als iets niet duidelijk is.

Cons

Het invoeren van periodes en prijzen is een behoorlijk ingewikkelde materie. Als er 1 vinkje niet goed staat, gaat het mis en het is soms moeilijk te vinden waar het aan ligt, zelfs als je dit zelf invoert. Voor collega's die dit niet doen is de logica er helemaal niet in te ontdekken. Dit geldt overigens voor alle vergelijkbare programma's. Verder vragen de groepsreserveringen, waar wij heel vaak gebruik van maken, nogal eens wat creativiteit om alles kloppend te maken.

Ik ben een klein bedrijf met grootse prestaties, en dat mogelijk gemaakt door Recranet! Ik zou niet weten hoe ik dit anders voor elkaar had gekregen ...

Pros

Ik ben pas gestart met een bookings-site voor vakantieverhuur in Bergen aan Zee. Ik was total niet bekend met met het bouwen van een bookins-site en het gebruik van channel managers etc. Met Recranet heb ik in een mum van tijd een professionele site gebouwd die heel gebruikersvriendelijk is. Alles, ook de achterliggende administratie en (boekhouding) rapportage is voorzien in dit totaal-pakket waardoor mij enorm veel werk uit handen wordt genomen. De bookings-site die Recranet voor mij heeft ontworpen is heel helder en gebruikersvriendelijk voor boekende gasten. Maar vooral heel overzichtelijk voor mijzelf. Ook de channel managers werkt perfect om jouw kalender te synchroniseren met Booking.com, Traum-Ferien etc.

Cons

Er zijn altijd wel punten voor verbetering. Soms loop ik tegen dingen aan die in praktijk anders uitwerken dan ik zou verwachten. Een aantal van deze zaken zijn gelukkig in ontwikkeling en het wordt gewaardeerd als je feed-back geeft op dit soort putnen.

Recranet kon alles leveren wat ik wilde en dat voor een zeer redelijke prijs. Maar vooral heb ik gekozen voor de help-desk ondersteuning. Ze zijn altijd bereikbaar en geven heel snel antwoord.
