I requested a feature and they were quick to understand what I was asking for and made the change quickly. I showed it to a friend that is part of another NPO and he was going to talk to them about changing their processing company. My board members like that they can track their own fundraising goals and have people register as volunteers. Cons There is nothing that I feel that I don't like. As a startup nonprofit, the way they approach fees is so helpful. The team also went above and beyond to help us get set up and understand the platform. I have worked for 4 different nonprofits and this by far is the best experience I have had with getting an online donation platform set up. So glad I found QRius through a word-of-mouth recommendation. We would have missed out big time if we hadn't chosen this platform. Pros Affordable, ease of use for both the organization and for donors. Perfect structure for a new non-profit. Cons Sometimes the backend is a little confusing with setting up the landing pages, but I got the hang of it quickly.
