It is unavailable on weekends and the tech support personnel know less about the program than I do. Pros It works but there are just to many basic UI flaws for a modern accounting program such as this. Cons There are many basic issues. Cons Can't modify canned reports so they're useful (i.e., need to be able to add donor donations and donor information in one report). Can't produce a "receipt" for a donation. I never used it for anything else but to track spending :( it was not user friendly I can honestly say there is nothing positive about the product.
