Initially were confident they could assist, made promises they couldnt keep and worse did not come clean and now left me with a massive clean up and still trying to work out how I can delete everything they did on the conversion (as I have already been using the new xero program) Cannot believe all of the other feedback that has been provided on this site. If they had just come clean and advised they were not able to do the MYOB to Xero conversion, it wouldve been ok.

Pros

Initially advised could do the data migration

Cons

Took 5-6 weeks longer to migrate than promised 7 days. (not all their fault as had some access issues with xero) Once finally done provided with a trial balance that was on an excel spreadsheet that looked as though it balanced with my P & L numbers. However when I tried to reconcile the data transfer, there was a large number of unreconciled transactions that just shouldnt be there. Amounts that didnt align with bank statements and then use of a 'rounding' option when amounts for the exact same item were not the same and then a 3c transaction to try and make it balance. A nightmare.

Satisfaction knowing that your clients data has been transferred in an acuriate and timely manner.

Pros

MMC Convert customer service is very good, they communicate with all the way to migrating the clients data to the new data format.

Cons

None really, as I said their customer service was second to none.

Very good as data was transferred or integrated into the new system smoothly.

Pros

It makes the integration process easy. Guidelines were provided from email and easy to follow.

Cons

Could not tell at this stage as it is too early to tell.

was migrating from QuickBooks desktop to QuickBooks online. and this process was fully handled by MMC Convert team without transferring this heavy job to the client.

Pros

MMC Convert they were able to keep me up-to-date during all the process stage, they are very understanding and attend to clients emails on timely manner.Data was migrated as it is, without being tempered

Cons

I would be lying as the services were amazing.

it was an upgrade of the system.

Reasons for choosing MMC Convert

The whole process was handled by MMC with no lower cost, while the other product had to charge us total of 400Pounds for their exporter and importer system while also the process being fully done by us, this did not work on well and also it was giving so many tiring errors. but MMC team had to come to our rescue and took over the process

The reports that come with the completion of conversion makes it easy to follow.

Very professional

Pros

I only sent the QB desktop file and gave user access to MCC on QB's online and they did everything from there on.We were unable to export the QB desktop file because it did not want to update and the QB's online consultant referred me to MCC to assist.

Our conversion was very straight forward.

Makes the accounting process quick, easy and fast in order to deliver excellent service to the client
