The layout of the website is visually exciting. The use of colours makes every time I visit the website fun and not tedious. This helps you to break down each part of the audit. Cons All in all, it's a great tool, but the customer service was sometimes a bit slow. May 6, 2021 5.0 Support is excellent, tool will need to improve and it seems to be on the right path to do that too Pros Yes, Serpwizz is on its way to becoming the best SEO audit tool ever. This is a challenge as there have been many established tools in the market. But with the addition of the features mentioned in the roadmap and perhaps a UI improvement similar to Uber suggest, I am confident this tool will go places. Cons Cons are quite few and far between, I feel the UI needs to be more premium looking and the tool needs a few more features to match the financial investment made by users. CEO Marketing and Advertising Used the software for: 2+ years ### "Stay away from this completely worthless product" March 4, 2025 1.0 The product was a NIGHTMARE from day one. The support is non-existent, and the \[sensitive content hidden\] has ZERO care factor about any of it. Essentially, the product does not and never has worked correctly. I have made their support videos demonstrating the issues (repeatedly) and have even gone as far as providing them with their competitor's working embed code as an example. It took them MONTHS to get that working, only to have it cease working again. Support didn't understand DNS well enough to make white-label URL's functional. Like with the embedding issue, I ended up making them videos to explain how DNS worked and helped them resolve the problem. Eventually, after (literally) years, I got tired of the whole thing and threatened to sue them. At that point, they blocked access to the lifetime account I had purchased from AppSumo and ceased communicating with me. Search for them on Facebook, and you'll find I'm far from the only user with this type of experience. Pros There is absolutely NOTHING to like about this product or the people behind it. The product is worthless. The people behind it are scammers. It's really that simple. Cons What I liked least was purchasing a lifetime deal for the product with AppSumo, only to have my account blocked when my requests for support became too difficult for them to manage. April 21, 2023 5.0 Pros Serpwizz makes it easier for individuals handling and planning content like me to determine the most relevant keywords to bring more traffic and awareness to our website. The interface is very user-friendly, easy to navigate and straight to the point which is what I very much prefer. By using this tool, we are able to plan content efficiently and with ease. Cons While SERPWizz's report templates are comprehensive and useful, some users like me prefer more customization options. Pros What I love about Serpwizz is how fast you can get a very detailed SEO report about any website! Details are not only referred to the actual results of the audit, but also about things that can be improved by following a few tooltips. I highly recommend this tool! Cons Sometimes the tool structure and functionality is a bit confusing, but the team is always willing to help and share their video tutorials Reason for choosing Serpwizz The SEO reports are very fast and detailed!
