"SAP Crystal Reports- an innovative tool for all your advanced reporting and Analytics "

**Overall:** Overall, a great tool for advanced reports with complex commands

**Pros:** a. Excellent dashboard with inbuild AI coding language b. Based on python language and solid UI/UX design c. Securely linked with other tools like SAP ABAP, Tableau and google workspace d. Ample amount of storage space with Realtime tracking e. AI enabled automation available which makes your report effective and customized

**Cons:** a. Way too expensive for unlimited access license, not right for small-med enterprises b. API integration with non google support tools are a bit problematic. It needs inhouse product team to work on.

**Reasons for Switching to SAP Crystal Reports:** Got investment and went global for all the analytics and reporting work. However, the reporting team is based in the UK.

"SAP Crystal Reports ...not so good"

**Pros:** fast loading software but with big limitations in editing multiple files at the same time and in the management of embedded graphics

**Cons:** unfriendly interface and difficulties in debugging and creating complex reportsdifficulty managing embedded images and field management logic to review compared to competitive products
