It makes it convenient to search for specific clients and send them documents all in one go. Really does cut down in paper. Cons There are some bugs - particularly when it comes to printing certain things like checks and banking invoices. Some of the features as well are a bit complicated and irritating to use. I have heard great things.....but so far very dissapointed Cons the service provider is directing our users to gain access through the software company, who keeps sending us instructions that are not working. Pros It has a lot of features and is used by a number of departments within our company. We are able to get answers that are needed fairly quickly without having to wait for someone in another department to find the time to get the answers for us. Cons It is a very complex software with a lot of options that can be overwhelming to train new hires. The format is not great for users that aren’t tech savvy. Review Source W Wholesaler Used the software for: ### "Great flexibility combined with easily projectable cost" August 28, 2012 5.0 Since our upgrade from NAV 4.0 to the cloud based NAV 2009 R2 solution our business changed a lot. Despite a relatively high fluctuation of employees and also sales our ERP solution has never been a concern. As we outsourced almost all our hardware to the cloud we didn't suffer from high fix cost when our business didn't go as expected and the Albrecht Solutions NAV 2009 in the cloud proves it's value again at the moment as our Business is picking up again. One phone call and a new virtualized work station is set up, including desktop, user rights and mobile access which allows most of our employees to work from home at least one day a week. Our employees love the clean and self explaining GUI of Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 which integrates into the Microsoft world perfectly. In case assistance is required we benefit from our single point of contact at Albrecht Solutions and our monthly flat rate support hours wich are included in our customized SLA. We are very much loocking forward to new business challenges then we know we have a flexible, powerful and state of the art IT solution in the back that lets us concentrate on our key competences. Cons Steep learning curve makes it difficult for a new user to become familiar with the software when already familiar with an accounting program like Quickbooks or Jonah. " September 22, 2016 1.0 Pros It's a detailed program that would be great if accounting was all you required. I don't like anything about the product or vendor when cost comparison is done. This program could be provided by a number of other software programs at a fraction of the cost. Sorry I don't have many good things to say about this program. Cons Ridiculously expensive and not even close to what any other software company charges for basic accounting. This program was sold to me as a property management software, I see nothing but basic accounting features that is offered by many other software companies at a 10th of the cost. Needless to say we'll be moving on to an alternate software program that I don't have to give up my first born for. Get your wallet out if you want Microsoft NAV, it will cost you dearly! Cons It requires a good amount of training and a lot of support for the initial setup.
