I will note that I personally do not have any experience with igniteLIS on the financial side of the matter, only the applications and user side of the system - because of this, I can not speak on the cost. But as a user, it has been a seamless experience for me. I am very thankful that any time I've had a difficulty, that I can simply make a phone call or send a text message and get a resolution or explanation typically within minutes. Pros With the demanding nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, laboratories have been experiencing all time high in testing volumes. Because of the large volumes, keeping specimen results organized with accurate results is incredibly important. The way that igniteLIS is set up, organization is easy and I absolutely love this about this software. IgniteLIS is also a cloudbased LIS system, which allows us to access our information from anywhere in the laboratory. This set up is HIGHLY preferable to a system that would require access only from previously allotted computers. Cons I would feel wrong stating that there was something that I dislike about this software - as it seems that any qualms I've had or ideas that I preferred to be integrated - once I've mentioned those items to the ignite team, they've been implemented quickly. With that being said, if there is something that I'm not privy to with this software, I would be the one at fault for not bringing it up to the team for alterations. Pros Heavy on functionality, so many things available. Captures our clients as they sign up with all available information needed for us to complete the job. Cornel has seen or heard of just about every issue known to man, and this is very helpful when a problem arises. Cons That I didn't learn about it earlier. Working with Ignite has been similar to linking up with an old friend. Easy to be around and work with and always available for a call when help is needed or advice on how to proceed with an idea.
