### "GrooMore Helps Our Business Thrive"

Exceptional. Hands down the best software I've used in the grooming industry. I would recommend GrooMore to anyone in the field, mobile or storefront.

Pros

The ability to track all kinds of information. You can customize and color code all kinds of things. The ability to adjust service times per pet is incredible. Customer service has been incredible. Prompt help and answers to the hundreds of questions my staff have. As an owner, I can track staff timecards and payroll. I have the ability to track inventory and add discounts for sales. Setting permissions for different employee roles is really helpful too. I really love this software.

Cons

I feel like processing payroll is a little messy still. I like to be able to double check each appt and process dogs and tips separately. In order to do this on GrooMore I need to open each invoice, which is typical of other systems but I wish it was easier.

Reason for choosing GrooMore

GrooMore has cloud access, ability to book 2 dogs with different groomers and check out together, mark pet as deceased, phone payments accepted, inventory and sales tracking, release form capabilities, employee scheduling and detailed tags for everything you can think of. Even with all of that, the customer service is really what got us hooked. Shout out to Mark and his team for working with us every step of the way and truly listening to our input. GrooMore cares about the experience of each individual business and it shows.

### "A Groomer Must Have"

This software has made my life so simple. I am the head groomer and therefore the busiest of the groomers as well as the scheduler. I find i now have plenty of time to schedule and groom without pulling long hours.

Pros

Ease of set up. Easy to learn how to use and usability. Customers can schedule themselves and request availability. Numerous pictures before and after of pet is allowed. Extensive notes can be added and seen by all groomers. Map feature allows you to see potential route for the day. Reminders and automatic confirmations is a life saver. No limit on number of pets per customer.

Cons

Sometimes the self-scheduler makes mistakes allowing to much distance between grooms.

Setmore is great for a stationary salon that just needs a record of client contacts, each pet has to have their own profile not just the customer, no mapping, only one photo.

Pros

I love the map view and the ease of use. I like that you can add employees and change the colour of the appointments.

Cons

I wish it was quicker to rebook clients

They're fabulous, responsive, great with questions, and interested in knowing what their users want.

Pros

If you need a feature that doesn't exist, tell them, and if it's something they can do they'll add it. Customer support couldn't be any better. I've tried so many different grooming software brands and Groomore is far and away the best I've ever tried, hands down.

Cons

There aren't any cons to Groomore software.

123pet has the absolute worst customer service. They treat customers like idiots, and any issues you may have are always user error, when in fact they're not. They don't want to listen to any suggestions for change, don't care what users want, and don't really add anything to their software despite repeated requests for years.

I have used several different types of software for grooming and this is by far my favorite. And the team at GrooMore listens when clients ask for certain features to be implemented

Cons

Nothing. I am happy with every aspect of this software

GrooMore streamlines your day and makes it easier to organize your appointments. You don't need to worry about sending out reminders, they can be scheduled with custom messages. Online booking feature makes it easy for your clients to schedule at their convenience and you need to confirm the booking before it is accepted.

Pros

GrooMore is easy to set up and simple to use. The automatic reminders are key, online booking feature is a must; everything is seamless.

Cons

There are some features that could be added to improve the software. I dislike that I'm not able to have this connect directly with QuickBooks or other accounting software.

Pros

I really like that I can add photod of my client's dogs. Helps me remember them since I just opened and I don't know them yet.

Cons

I don't like that I can't add numbers on different profiles. I have a lot of referrals and I use those referrals sometimes as emergency contacts on my software and it won't let me add them to let's say their daughter's contact information.

The customer service is fantastic. 24 hours a day and super responsive. It was really easy to switch from my original software and it is very intuitive.

Pros

I love the smart routing and client and pet management. And the pos stuff, too.

Cons

It's a bit pricey for a single groomer.
