I've become more and more impressed with Shipturtle as time has passed. They seem to be 'walking the walk' in terms of doing their best to make the App is genuinely working for my business. In other words, after I subscribed they didn't just 'disappear'. If anything they've become more involved and knowledgable about my business. As the business has grown and different challenges have presented themselves, Shipturtle support has remained really responsive and seem genuinely motivated to help.

Pros

The App is great as it does everything I need it to do and more. But I am most impressed by their customer support.

Cons

The cost of additional add-ons can eventually creep up if your business has more complex requirements.

We've had a great experience with Shipturtle. The platform is generally pretty easy to navigate while still customisable to our specific needs. Their team have been very responsive and are happy to bring their experience and knowledge to our marketplace.

Pros

Management of multiple vendors, product listings and payouts has been very good while having a robust integration with Shopify. The added value from their Ultimate Plan and Performance Marketing add-ons has been extremely valuable combining their marketplace and software experience with our industry specific experience.

Cons

Unfortunately the shipping integrations have required a bit of troubleshooting but the team at Shipturtle have been very responsive and followed through on any glitches.

Shipturtle has been a really valuable partner in helping us launch our multi-vendor marketplace on Shopify. The app covers a wide range of marketplace functionality, including vendor management, seller workflows, commissions, payouts, order management and marketplace operations, which has been important for our business as we scale. What has stood out most is the support from the Shipturtle team. During our setup and launch phase, there were a lot of moving parts to work through, and Jaineel and the team were responsive, patient and genuinely committed to helping us get everything set up properly. They’ve been hands-on, open to feedback and solution-focused throughout the process. I’d happily recommend Shipturtle to Shopify stores looking to build and manage a multi-vendor marketplace.

Pros

Shipturtle brings together a wide range of multi-vendor marketplace functionality in one app, including vendor management, seller workflows, commissions, payouts, order management and marketplace operations. The support has also been a major positive. Jaineel and the team have been responsive, patient and hands-on throughout our setup and launch process.

Cons

Because the app supports a lot of marketplace functionality, there can be a learning curve during setup, especially when configuring more advanced workflows. That said, the support team has been very helpful in working through this with us.

I was on a very complicated backend of Magento and Shipturtle made it possible for me to move my marketplace to Shopify. The team is extremely prompt and helpful with all of the queries and they help support you with walk throughs and through deconstruction of issues and ways to resolve them. If you are wondering if they are good people to do business with, do not wonder anymore, take my word for it. Our marketplace runs seamlessly because of the smooth functionality built by shipturtle.

They explain everything and their tech and support team is really helpful. The technology is very stable

Every add on has a cost to it - and the features are so good you will want every add on to be part of your website

Our overall experience with Shipturtle has been very positive. The platform has allowed us to scale vendor and product management in a way that simply isn’t possible with Shopify alone. Giving vendors the ability to manage and update their own catalogs—while still keeping central control—has saved us a significant amount of time and reduced back‑and‑forth. Support has been responsive whenever we’ve needed help, and although the UI still has room to become more intuitive, we’ve consistently noticed improvements with each update, which shows they’re actively evolving the product. We don’t use the shipping, payouts, or order‑routing modules, but for marketplace operations focused on catalogs, vendors, and permissions, Shipturtle has been a strong and reliable solution. Overall, it has made managing a multi‑vendor ecosystem much easier, and we feel confident recommending it.

Pros

The vendor dashboard + product management combo—letting each vendor update their own catalog while we maintain control—has been the biggest win for speed and scalability.

Cons

The UI could be more intuitive—it works, but some screens feel crowded and require extra clicks, so the learning curve is a bit steeper than expected. Because it’s a feature‑rich, multi‑module app, initial configuration and permissions take time to get right (especially if you only use Vendors & Products). We also noticed the vendor approval workflow can require careful setup to behave consistently across all vendors. Overall, nothing blocking—just areas where continued UX polish and clearer defaults would make onboarding even smoother.

The vendor dashboard in Shipturtle is cleaner, easier for non‑technical partners to understand, and reduces friction when onboarding new sellers. Shipturtle also offered more responsive support, faster iteration, and a permission system that matched our needs without requiring heavy configuration or extra add‑ons. Even though Webkul is powerful, it felt more complex and less intuitive for our specific use case. Shipturtle gave us a balanced mix of ease of use, scalability, and vendor‑friendly tools, which made it the better fit for our marketplace.
