October 8, 2026 5.0 Shipturtle is a great tool for building a multi-vendor marketplace on Shopify and it has handled everything we have asked of it. Vendor onboarding, commission rules, payout calculation, invoicing and shipping labels are all managed in one place, and it coped with some genuinely awkward requirements without needing a developer. What stood out most was the team. Every question came back with a real answer from someone who had actually looked at the problem, not a canned reply pointing us at a help article. Mitva took care of our onboarding and from day one we felt welcome and heard. Priy in particular went well beyond what we expected, including on the harder payment and payout questions that are genuinely difficult to get right. If you are turning a Shopify store into a proper marketplace, Shipturtle does the things Shopify itself will not do. The product is strong, the whole team has been extremely helpful, and the support behind it is the reason we would recommend it to anyone. Highly recommended. I would add that if you can make it work the operations track is well worth the cost and will pay for itself over again. Pros The team, without question. If you are turning a Shopify store into a proper multi-vendor marketplace, it covers the whole operation rather than just one piece of it. They seem to be 'walking the walk' in terms of doing their best to make the App is genuinely working for my business. In other words, after I subscribed they didn't just 'disappear'. As the business has grown and different challenges have presented themselves, Shipturtle support has remained really responsive and seem genuinely motivated to help. We don’t use the shipping, payouts, or order‑routing modules, but for marketplace operations focused on catalogs, vendors, and permissions, Shipturtle has been a strong and reliable solution. Overall, it has made managing a multi‑vendor ecosystem much easier, and we feel confident recommending it. Pros The vendor dashboard + product management combo—letting each vendor update their own catalog while we maintain control—has been the biggest win for speed and scalability.
