It has the major tabs that I use every day easily accessible. It's very quick to get where I need to when I'm in a hurry. Team members can upload profile pictures and share common interests and skills with the broader company. Application also functions great to notify team of status's such as location and sick time and vacation. Pros The Who's Who game helps put a face to name and makes it fun at the same time. I've never used it for a job but definitely enjoy browsing through the site. Pros Pingboard is a really cool program. I like that I can see all 800 of my co-workers in their various departments. With features like adding in a personal photo, including a bio, etc. , I really feel like I can get to know others at my job. Cons For some reason I often have an issue signing on to Pingboard. I find the software efficient and it helps my daily workflow. Pros I like being able to see all of the different programs that I use and have available to me. Being able to see all the different app icons helps organize my workflow since I sometimes forget what I have available to work with. And of course, not having to log in to each program is great! Cons What I least like is not being able to switch between different GMail accounts. Sr. HR Manager Information Technology and Services Used the software for: 1-2 years ### "Too expensive, but a good tool" December 6, 2018 4.0 Pros (I use the free version) It is fairly easy to use, but I would like to be able to re-arrange the position of employees, and also when I download an org chart, I don't want the text on it from the download date, etc. It used to be easier to change manager but now it's labeled weirdly. Cons WAY too expensive. I just want one user to edit, then be able to add it to our Intranet but I' have to buy a whole package, which we don't have the budget for and it's pretty expensive. Also, the sales reps are a bit agressive, I get emails from you guys at least once a week even though I've asked you to stop multiple times. It's impossible to know every employee and this helps with facial recognition. I love that it introduces our new employees, lets us know who is out of the office, and who is having an anniversary or birthday. It can be a great tool if everyone utilizes it! Cons I'm not sure if I've utilized all of it's functions and it may have capabilities that I'm unaware of, but I would love if it was more compatible with google mail instead of automatically trying to connect via Microsoft Outlook. If we need something right away, we know to check Pingboard first- is the person in the office today, remote, sick, on vacation? Is the group at an outing or in a special meeting? One click will tell us. Pros Easy to use/update. Real time status. Flexible options that allow the user to add as much or little information as necessary. Doesn't feel too intrusive.
