Easy to use and easy to maintane. Pros It's working with no issues. SSO is working perfectly and the Org Chart gives you the information that you need: picture of the person, the managers or direct reports and additional information if needed (Hobbies for exmaple). The API works perfectly and was easy to set up based on the documentation. When ever i needed support- i got it on the same day. Cons What you see is what you get. There is no engagments between the employees. Cons I just think some of the functionality is a little off - it sync's to our G-suite and it doesn't always work. I don't necessarily use it a lot but its a great tool to have just in case to see how things are laid out in the company. Its cool that there are drop downs to see all the tiers and see who reports to who. A couple of added features would make this perfect Pros Easily to deploy if you use an IdP such as Okta. This made populating data and rolling out to our end users a breeze. Easy to use, mobile phone game is loved in our company, and overall is a must-have app for our company. Cons Some critical features for us are missing with no progress or updates on them since we rolled Pingboard out over a year ago. More flexibility and customizability are needed but there haven't been a ton of new updates. Pros I liked that it was compatible with Office 365 and Azure AD. It was easy to use and our staff really likes the fun quizzes where you get to guess the names of the staff. Cons I didn't like how you couldn't really export the charts to something like Visio. It was also a little hard to control things on the admin side - the UI was a little clunky. Everyone in my organization loves the org chart to view structure of our school, and the directory function allows us to find people and export data as well! The weekly updates email has also been a great hit! Cons Sometimes hard to view the actual data (name snad titles) in the org chart view, but this could be due to the 500 people in it! The directory is really nice to be able to look people up. The automatic emails to update on who is out of the office, birthdays, anniversaries, etc. are nice. Cons The dynamic org chart is a little non-intuitive to navigate well. We have a lot of volunteers (we are a nonprofit), and there's not an easy way to integrate them into the org chart & directory.
