The Organization Chart allows us to see who the assistants are and who that person attends. It makes easier the communication within the company and our customers and improves response times since the emails reach the right people. Pros What I like about the software is that it organizes hierarchically and adequately all the workers of the company. It also provides all the necessary information about the person to be able to contact him or her. Mobile website works as well which allows you to quickly update your status without having to download an app. Also there is a little game that helps you get to know your coworkers, although our QA team found a way to exploit the point system and they are ahead of everyone :). The software visualizes this automatically. Cons No complaints I can think of. Some organizations may prefer to have some controls around a profile, and I'm not sure if those exist. If employees use the features, we are actually able to see who is in the office, work anniversaries, birthdays, etc. - it's great! I also appreciate the Org. Chart feature as well, as this is how we visualize the structure of our company, and it is easy to edit. Cons I wish there were even more reports that could be run to see who is sick, working from home, on vacation, etc. and how often they are doing this. But overall, I love the software. Pros I love how easy it is to look someone up in my company and be able to get there info right away! I work in the marketing department at my company and when I need to get ahold of someone, I quickly type in their name and all there contact info is right there!
