Cons The only thing that is tough is keeping everything up to date. Even in larger companies that I’ve worked for in the past, org charts were often manually produced by the HR team on either power point or other software and the results were often “clunky” at best. Pros It’s easily accessible to employees outside of the HR .org, which means they’re more likely to use it than other software programs that the HR team introduced to employees. Cons If your org is mid sized or larger, the org chart itself starts to become harder to see. Would be nice if it partnered with our HRIS and automatically updated any changes. Doesn't require training and provides exactly the information you need. Cons Only downside is sometimes the org chart isn't updated immediately, however, this has nothing to do with the software. Also very simple when orignally starting to create your personal profile and add information about your self. Cons There are a few limitations that require you to be very specific in the search field, though. It's easy to update employees on my plans for the day and easily syncs with Slack. Cons It would be nice if it could track that Saturdays and Sundays are not valid vacation days. Pros I like that you can easily access information about employees, what team they are on and office they are located in. As an IT administrator, it is an easy tool to use while verifying employee data or finding their manager. Cons There is no seating chart feature. Pros Pingboard does a great job with including enough features to make it helpful for specific use cases, but not making it an over-complicated system. It is very user-friendly and straight-forward. Cons For my organization, the info can be slow to load at times. Also, the "Out of Office" section feels a little clunky.
