The app is easy to use, easy to train others to use and has so many options for supporting businesses in different ways, the txt reminders are my favourite. We have seen a huge improvement in the number of no shows or forgotten bookings from this. Pros What I like most is the support network around salon app, always available with an online help tool bar too. I can access the platform anywhere with any device and it’s extremely easy to use. Also showing gross and net figures really help in forecasting for the business. Cons There is nothing that I can think of. Salon app is a brilliant tool in my business. Cons Doesn’t easily show cancelled appointments instantly… for some reason they only show after the appointment date that has been cancelled, you have to find them in reports which makes it a long process. Would like a daily notes area for each stylist . And would like to be able to amend prices of bills prior to check out… eg add a discount at time of booking. When transactions are voided it would be expected that loyalty points and account balances return to previous as well but this seems to have to be manually returned to previous…. Which again you have to remember to check!! They really have developed it so much in the last few years that I cannot think of anything I would change. They listen to you when you make suggestions of improvements. \[sensitive content hidden\] are always super friendly when you phone and make you feel valued as a customer. Pros It’s easy to use, aesthetically pleasing and \[sensitive content hidden\] give great customer service! Cons The only thing I can think of is sometimes changing the rota can take me a little bit of time but that is more because I do not have to change it often so have think more about it.
