Experience is positive but support sometimes is slow and it takes lot of time for a good solution proposal

Pros

I like the flexibility and ease of use, the never ending list of supported provider, and the user interface

Cons

There are few data types which are not supported by the system especially if we are talking about latest stare of the art data types

Reasons for choosing ThingWorx

Because it is considered the reference tool in the market for this scope

I've learned quite a lot from using it. I highly recommend taking courses in JavaScript if you're unfamiliar. It will help bridge the gap.

Pros

It is very versatile and capable of doing most tasks we've tackled with it.

Cons

Along with the versatility it's incredibly complex. The learning curve can be quite high for someone that doesn't know the language and is new to a software like this.

HA settings and implementation its a nightmare, require too more resources for the setup
