The adjustment period was very long, but the software itself is excellent for veteran users with textbook level familiarity with Dental and Oral Medicine terminology, and users with advanced computer skills. Cons The user interface leaves a lot to be desired and it is overly complicated. It could use a design face lift. I would never use it again unless it took care of that problem. Cons I do no like the layout of the software. It is very old school and everything is in plane text. Very out of date.
