I used Redmine in projects from 2011-2017, now I still occasionally used it in my side projects. But for software development projects, I used Jira more.

Pros

Redmine can be used in project and task management, and can also be used as timesheet management, it can easily set up workflow.

Cons

When I used Redmine, it is more like general task management tool, can't very closely work with Agile or Scrum methodology.

I really liked working with Redmine. Keeping track of the number of instances for an issue was really helpful.

Pros

I like the reporting and project management was made really easy and organized. Keeping track of issues is critical.

Cons

The interface could be a little bit more polished but it gets the job done so it's not an issue at all.

Une solution globale répondant parfaitement à notre utilisation.

Pros

Clarte dans la gestion des tickets avec notre prestataire. L'ensemble des fonctionnalités permet de détailler au mieux les informations à transmettre. Les différents statuts permettent ensuite de suivre au plus près la suite du traitement.

Cons

Complexe à prendre en main, l'outil nécessite un temps d'adaptation avant une utilisation optimale. Le coût des licences peut également être un frein.

Pros

Redmine was our project management tool for several years. Lightweight and streamlined web app to track everything in the project, wiki and code/document repo included. Using a ready-made distro can make things easier. We now use it as project archive.

Cons

It is quite old as technological stack. It requires high knowledge to upgrade and specially to ensure data migration, we had a hard time upgrading and had to move to another tool, keeping it as an archive.

J'ai géré pas mal de projet avec Redmine mais plus pour des petits projets pour être honnête vu qu'il n'a pas aussi agile que d'autres outils

Pros

Ce que j'aime bien c'est qu'il est free et aussi personnalisable vu que c'est un open source

Cons

Je dirais son interface graphique qui n'est pas moderne pour ce genre d'outil.
