Facilite pour les différentes parties prenantes le processus d'intégration. Prise en mains de l'outil très simpe. Création de parcours sur mesure.

Une solution jeune qui reste à perfectionner sur certains aspect mais les équipes sont très friandes de feedback pour faire évoluer le produit et répondre aux attentes des utilisateurs.

Heyteam nous permet de garantir à tous les newcomers et contributeurs internes une même expérience, pilotée en autonomie par les RH. L'utilisation comme le paramétrage sont simples, la fonctionnalité de chat avant l'arrivée dans l'Entreprise est un pain point killer qui facilite énormément une bonne intégration et la création de liens dès le lancement du programme d'onboarding. L'envoi par l'onboardee des pièces administratives pour établissement des contrats (CDI, CDD, Apprentissage, Professionnalisation, stages) n'est plus le cauchemar de qui que ce soit et le temps rendu à nos admin RH est conséquent.Les utilisateurs, tous profils confondus, ne s'y trompent pas avec une note moyenne de 8,6/10.L'outil est interfacé avec notre ATS, notre Single Sign On, nos drives sécurisés sur Google Cloud ainsi que notre de ticketing IT. L'accompagnement par notre Customer Service Manager est réellement first class et nos demandes d'évolution sont prises en compte, intégrées à la backlog produit et rapidement livrées, dans un esprit de partenariat très ouvert.

Cons

Les éléments à citer ici sont plutôt liés à la relative jeunesse du produit qui a bien naturellement été développé avec une priorité sur les fonctionnalités pour le persona principal : le nouvel arrivant. Mais ne serait-ce qu'en un an, les évolutions pour les managers et les admin RH ont été nombreuses et nous continuons de simplifier la vie de l'ensemble des personas tous les 15 jours à chaque mise en production

Pros

Une fois configuré, l'outil est simple et rapide à utiliser au quotidien. C'est un gain de temps pour les équipes qui s'impliquent sur l'intégration de nouveaux collaborateurs et surtout un gain de qualité sur nos process. Heyteam nous apporte l'assurance d'un parcours fidèle pour tous les onboardee et une expérience de qualité pour ces derniers !

Cons

Des difficultés sur le début à bien assimiler les mécaniques et quelques bugs de configurations peuvent apparaître, mais les équipes d'Heyteam sont au quotidien sur le pont pour nous aider et venir corriger le tout. Merci !

L'équipe d'HeyTeam est vraiment présente de la signature du contrat au déploiement de la solution.

Pros

L'interface d'HeyTeam permet une utilisation rapide et efficace. On comprend très vite ce qu'il faut faire c'est très intuitif.

Cons

La connexion avec Lever a été un peu compliquée au début mais depuis tout se passe très bien.

Heyteam est un outil fiable et facilitateur pour l'ensemble de nos intégrations au sein de Decathlon France.Intuitif et simple d'utilisation, l'outil permet une vue d'ensemble de toutes les actions, tâches, formations, informations et événements à découvrir quand on intègre une entreprise comme Decathlon. Cette solution nous permet d'offrir une expérience d'intégration uniformisée, ludique et complète à l'ensemble de nos collaborateurs. A ce jour, Heyteam nous permet d'intégrer entre 10 000 et 15 000 nouveaux collaborateurs par an, en France.Le service clients est au top, les équipes Heyteam sont à l'écoute et très réactives face à nos demandes ! Le onboarding est désormais une étape à part entière en faveur du recrutement et de la rétention de nos talents.
