A feature rich and customizable healthcare platform that works well with already established practices.

Pros

NextGen is highly customizable with strong all in one healthcare functionality. It offers robust tools for scheduling, billing, patient records etc.

Cons

Slow performance at times. Although i do use this very frequently there have been more situations than i would like dealing with slow load times.

Getting switched to Nextcare was at first a major stressor. After I opened the program all my stress was eliminated!

Pros

NextGen has a easily managed user interface with options to expand. It offers top notch services I love!

Cons

That not all companies have this software available for users to use. It should open its software to everyone!

While the newer version seems to be an improvement it seems as if NextGen is not quite there yet. The providers seem to still struggle with the flow of the templates.

Pros

It interfaces with our Primary Care chart for shared patients.

Cons

It is a little difficult to navigate for providers.

Awful. Not Provider friendly. This template needs to have less clicks

Pros

Nothing! The providers are frustrated with the BH Suite.

Cons

All BH providers have commented, that the BH suite is not user friendly very click heavy. Jumping from template to template to complete a visit. Not Straight forward.
