I've submitted multiple "requests" to cancel to no avail. **Pros:** It accomplished what we were looking for at the time (displaying PDFs in a clean format). No additional comments. **Cons:** I've been shocked by their lack of customer service, complete unreachability, and constantly rising subscription prices. Shawna A. It's a complete waste of time. One of our publications isn't loading and they do not care, as we are paid up for another 11 months. **Pros:** We have used it for well over a decade. It provides the fundamentals. And historical issues are available. **Cons:** The support is non-existent. If you reach out all you get is bot replies. No matter what you say or provide, there is no human to help resolve a problem. And pricing continues to go up beyond what all of their competitors are charging.
