I have been enjoying the the user experience of mygate its very professional ease to use and its dedication to improve app timely is outstanding and adding different feature’s and keeping user engaged etc is awesome like hose services, near by listings, market places rent of near by apartments etc etc is outstanding and I am very much happy that we were able to get mygate for our society

Pros

My gate is very convenient to use and frequent updates to improve the app makes it stand out from other apps and it has a great visitor management like guest, delivery and other help which makes us easier to allow specific vendors or delivery inside. Tenant management is also very simple and easier to configure along with collecting tenant rent and coming to accounting part it has a good dashboard for various things and very simple to add the maintenance fees incremental discounts and various reposts it has for the ERP. It has a dedicated customer relationship manager for all the customer support issues and also an integrated chat feature for support.

Cons

When it comes to addressing the ground issues like app not working sometimes their field officer takes more time to visit and rectify, since this stops gate entries mygate should provide after resolution to it.

Centralized management of invoicing, billing, payment & helpdesk. The app is feature rich. Notices, polling and survey features are good.

Cons

Navigation is worst. Breadcrumb just made useless. If you navigate 2-3 levels then there is no option to comeback to previous step, one has to start from step 1 again. Customer support really needs to improve, and the developers so not proactively work to resolve the issues and implement suggestions. Too many ads.

Good customer support for customization and issue resolution.

The resident directory (owner and tenant) and the accounting modules are absolute game changers. The conversation and notices modules are used quite a lot as well The recently introduced pre-approval module is very useful as well

Cons

The login module does not allow multiple roles. For example, if I am an admin and an owner at the same time, then I need two different logins.

Before Mygate, we used NBH and manual Excel sheets for accounting. It was chaotic. With Mygate, everything is under one roof. The ERP module tracks dues, payments, and reconciliations automatically. The communication feature ensures every resident knows what’s happening. We finally feel like a professional organisation rather than a volunteer group.

Pros

I’ve seen many platforms that call themselves ERP, but Mygate is the only one that lives up to it. From finance to facility bookings, from visitor management to communication, it’s all here. As a treasurer, I don’t have to chase multiple systems or export data anymore. Mygate is my one-stop solution. Compared to NBH, where we were constantly worried about patchy updates, Mygate feels robust and reliable.

Cons

Occasional lag or downtime during peak hours. Visitor approvals sometimes take longer than expected if the internet connection is weak.

The overall experience is great, as all gates communities should have a secure entry/exit process at all times. We can have the complete history of the check-in and check-out times, a list of house helps whenever needed, all important notices and announcements, pay our maintenance charges seamlessly, and be updated about all events/activities planned in the community.

Pros

The great part about Mygate is that you can approve and reject entries based on the visitors who visit your apartment from the main gate. You can also view a photo of the person visiting, along with the type of work he is visiting for. You can register them as a regular visitor who visits your house and approve automated entry for all future visits. It is very easy to manage the tenants as all documents, including the name, national ID etc can be uploaded on MyGate so that the society committee is aware and updated. My Gate is a very secure gateway where the entire process is extremely seamless. The cost is very affordable and offers great value for money, as it is a one-stop shop for your community living. They enable users to transform their living experience.

Cons

The 2 major cons are:1. Once we reject the entry, the person still comes into the society and knocks on our door. The rejection notification does not appear in the application for the security personnel guarding the gate. This becomes frustrating. 2. The customer support is very slow in their response, as the feedback is actioned very late by Mygate. They should act promptly, as security is a very crucial aspect in any gated community since there are families residing with children and old people.
