Le Back Office est simple d'utilisation et bien pensé . Tout est géré à un seul endroit ( conversations en cours, statistiques, paramétrage des comptes agents etc..) . La supervision en direct des agents est également un plus . Tout est fait pour optimiser la relation client digital et la génération de LEAD. Les statistiques enregistrées permettent de remonter au trimestre dernier, ce qui laisse le temps pour effectuer les analyses ou extractions au besoin

( Sauf erreur de ma part ) Le Back Office ne permet pas de reconnaître un même visiteur quand il se connecte avec 2 adresses IP différentes

Cette solution nous permet de qualifier notre base de données mais aussi de générer un CA instantanément. Les internautes étant déjà dans une intention d'achat, cela nous permet d'aller à l'essentiel. L'accès aux KPI est un grand + également !

Pros

Nous apprécions la fluidité de ce logiciel et sa facilité d'utilisation. Les indicateurs sont très intéressants à suivre et et sont complets. Outils agréable à utiliser au quotidien.

Cons

Bémol sur les KPI, nous nous demandons si toutes les données remontent correctement, notamment au niveau du CA et du taux de chat initiés. Nous n'avons pas eu de réponses claires également sur ce qu'est réellement un chat manqué. Comment cela fonctionne t-il réellement ? En effet, les données sont discutables...

\- Mise en place sur notre site et raccordement à notre CRM sans difficulté. - Détermination des règles de ciblages en fonction du comportement des visiteurs, avec ajustements possibles a tout moment. - Un suivi facilité par le tableau de bord avec analyse régulière des performances.

Technologiquement pas de point négatif relevé.

La mise en place et les interactions avec notre site et notre CRM ont été très simples. Nous avons opté pour TargetFirst dans l'objectif de capter des contacts, leur apporter rapidement un premier niveau de réponse et nous avons fait le choix d'un chat direct (et non d'un chatbot) et celui-ci remplit bien sont rôle. Un suivi régulier des conversations est indispensable, il permet d'adapter les discours au fil des évolutions de l'activité. Difficile d'évaluer la performance/transformation car le parcours client est complexe mais c'est aussi au bénéfice de la qualité des réponses et de notre image.

C'est un outil simple qui permet d'augmenter le chiffre d'affaires généré sur le site. Les anomalies techniques et autres sont repérées plus vite grâce aux demandes des clients. Nous limitons les appels vers le SAV en répondant aux questions simples qui ne nécessitent par une une prise en charge importante. Et bien évidemment le Chat permet de retirer tous les points de blocage qui empêcheraient le client de finaliser sa commande. Le ciblage fait le tri entre les clients et déclenche la conversation que lorsque c'est utile pour le client, du coup on ne le dérange pas dans sa navigation.

Pros

Facilité d'utilisation, de mise en place, large éventails de données, extractions simples, bonne prise en main par les équipes, facile à administrer par les équipes métiers, peu d'anomalies, bonne vision en live de la production,

Cons

Les extractions de lead ne sont pas très faciles à exploiter, il me manque la concrétisation par cible pour évaluer la pertinence du ciblage.
