We got many applications from areas around the world, my guess is that those applications were send by some sort of automatic bot process.

Wir haben durch Jobilla innerhalb von sehr kurzer Zeit einige Mitarbeiter gewinnen können. Diese Mitarbeiter konnten wir mit herkömmlichen Stellengesuche nicht erreichen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar.

Pros

Sehr schnelles erwecken von Aufmerksamkeit bei noch nicht aktiv suchende BewerberInnen. Sehr schnelle Reaktionszeiten bei Bewerbungseingängen, optimal angepasste Einstufung der eingehenden Bewerbungen nach A-C.Immer Möglichkeiten der aktuellen Analysen durch minutengenaue Verfügbarkeit von Vorgängen.

Cons

Die Funktion E Mail und Telefonnummer die der Interessierte hinterlegen muss, sollte und/oder als Auswahl zur Verfügung stehen. Unserer Erfahrung nach waren einige Interessierte gehemmt durch die Verpflichtung der Hinterlegung einer Telefonnummer. Viele hatten bedenken das man zu einer ungünstigen Zeit angerufen wird.Oder denkbar ein weiteres Feld einfügen mit den gewünschten Anrufzeiten.

Wir konnten viele potentielle Bewerber ansprechen. Das Vorgehen ist unkompliziert. Wenn man bereit ist, Zeit in Telefonate und zwanglose Gespräche mit den Kandidaten zu investieren, kommt ein ansehnlicher Output heraus.

Cons

Die Menüführung könnte an einigen Stellen intuitiver/übersichtlicher sein.
