The service is cost-efficient and we were looking for a partner for the long term. We are finding new ways to reach passive candidates. Pros We’ve built the process together with Jobilla to fit exactly our needs, which I’m extremely satisfied with. And the software is really easy to use on top of that. The handling of the applications became much more easy with Jobilla. Making notes and sending messages has gotten easier with the software. Pros Very easy and intuistic software. It is clear and works quite well. The statistics are on point! Cons We would like to see a little bit more compartmentalizing in an individual recruitment, such as an own stage for freelancers.
