Secondly "takes up space on my phone" is not accurate as AssetPool only stores data/photos temporarily on your device so that would not be an issue. Keeping the customer informed and giving us excellent records to help the customer understand that we are there or were they and here are the records to prove it with a location and timestamp it has helped improve our business immensely Pros It’s a fantastic app /tool helping me help my customer and my service. The application being on my cell phone makes it so convenient it is quick and easy the best part is the report at the end which I can give to my customer to see exactly what I’m doing and what needs to be updated keeping everybody on the same page times stamped and location giving the customer and as peace of mind Cons The only thing would be off-line mode which I’m sure could be applied to our particular application and an override mode which would obviously then register that you had to override the application to move to the next section of the the application. Cons The Reporting takes too long. The reporting for scheduled jobs vs closed jobs vs skipped jobs could be better. The use of the software made this process less time consuming whilst providing an easy to interpret print out that assisted the end user in determining and understanding our reports. All around an effective product that I will recommend and be using from now on. Cons i was unable to pull a report and pull only fails. i had to do this manually. would be beneficent if this function was available. So far our experience has been great. Any time we open a support ticket we always get a quick response weather it be a support question or a feature request. Pros The ability to complete all inspections digitally instead of using paper copies. Having all assets/inspections in one place. So far the app has been very user friendly and easy to use. We love being able to use AssetPool as a one stop shop for all of our inspections/ Asset Management. Cons There are certain features we were like added such as the tech being able to edit custom fields from the mobile app, overall job notes, the job report giving a pass percentage instead of just saying "pass" or "fail", etc. Review Source JK Julian K. Normally we have to beg the client for photos to review the installation. Using Assetpool makes the installation inspections are lot easier for the client to perform, and for us to review the work done. Cons The ability to link Assetpool with ERP systems. This is often seen as a negative. Linking with an ERP system might not necessarily make the clients' processes more efficient. They have always been at the end of the phone if we have had any issues and most are dealt with quickly and efficiently. i cannot fault the support that they offer Pros This software is very easy to use and fast set up of new clients. The dashboard is very informative and you are able to see everything you need at a glance. The inspections and pictures now coming through live is a great addition as we are able to help our installers quickly. The support is amazing and any issues have been resolved.
