Pros: you can get notified every morning on the opps that have followup needed that day you can also get notified on cases that you have open, customers that are engaging with your website, etc you can log a call after you get off a call with a customer, reminders make it timely and you can do it right fromtroops integration in slack v. having to open salesforce
Cons: still takes time to save and update records, not as slow as using salesforce directly, but not as quick as other tools like scratchpad
