L'interface de gestion des candidats est intuitive et simple à prendre en main. Les employés de mes agences d'intérim ont gagné en productivité grâce à cet outil tout en un, gestion des commandes et des candidats, toutes les tâches sont réunies en une seule interface !

Cons

Très peu de points négatifs à partager au sujet de cet outil devenu incontournable !

use it to action action based notifications

Pros

you can get notified every morning on the opps that have followup needed that day you can also get notified on cases that you have open, customers that are engaging with your website, etc you can log a call after you get off a call with a customer, reminders make it timely and you can do it right fromtroops integration in slack v. having to open salesforce

Cons

still takes time to save and update records, not as slow as using salesforce directly, but not as quick as other tools like scratchpad
