Da ich das Tool selbst selten nutze, sondern hauptsächlich unsere Recruiter bin ich happy da die Ergebnisse für mich stimmen.

An dieser Stelle möchte in ein großes Lob an \[sensibler Inhalt ausgeblendet\], dem Produktmanager von aiFind, aussprechen. Unser Unternehmen - ein IT-Beratungshaus - arbeitet seit Jahren mit Jira. \[sensibler Inhalt ausgeblendet\] und sein Architekt haben eine Anbindung zu aiFind ermöglicht. Andere Anbieter konnten uns dies nicht ermöglichen. Bei aiFind wurden wir ernst genommen, ganz fix wurde ein Prototyp entwickelt, welches uns dann endgültig zum Vertragsabschluss bewegte. Ich bin einfach von der Gesamtleistung so überzeugt, kein anderes Unternehmen arbeitet so intensiv mit seinen Nutzern zusammen wie aiFind. \[sensibler Inhalt ausgeblendet\] steht gerne auch wöchentlich für Catchups (kostenlos) zur Verfügung, interessiert sich sehr für den Workflow, aber auch den Menschen dahinter. Hier wird Wertschätzung groß geschrieben!

Pros

aiFind bietet viele Vorteile und ist dabei sehr Benutzerfreundlich. Die Oberfläche ist sehr übersichtlich, habe schon kompliziertere Tools in Verwendung gehabt. aiFind wird stets weiterentwickelt, wir Verbraucher haben dabei Mitspracherecht. Ich liebe an dem Tool u.a., dass man potenzielle Kandidaten und Kunden mühelos aus XING und Linkedin sowie anderen Plattformen importieren kann. Auch in Sachen Reporting, KPI´s wird man hier nicht enttäuscht. Mir war es bei der Auswahl wichtig, ein einfaches, dennoch effizientes System zu bekommen, um unsere Contracting Prozesse zu verbessern.

Cons

Habe im Moment nichts auszusetzen, unsere Wünsche wurden sehr zeitnah umgesetzt.

In wenigen Worten: Ganz stark und super schnell zu verstehen, bzw. anzuwenden.

Pros

aiFind ist ein sehr intuitives Tool welches unser Business wirklich sehr stark unterstützt und unseren Sales sinnvoll verstärkt.

Cons

Dadurch, dass es sehr kompakt und agil gehalten ist, fehlen am Anfang einige Funktionen an die man gewohnt ist. Es fehlt aber nichts elementares, was für den eigentlichen Prozess unabdingbar ist.

Easy handling Helpful Features Logical structure along the project cycle

Some features need to be included mid- longterm. But as the CRM tool is quite young, no proper con.
