Customer service has been great so far, as they quickly resolved an initial issue I was having. The value for what I'm getting is also great.
They're always ready to help with any questions I have. The platform itself is simple, effective, and secure, ensuring that my videos are protected from unauthorized sharing.
The flexibility is great, and it comes prebuilt with protection for your content. It is also great that you get unlimited video storage and playlist options, which are a great way to share content.
Professional app that clearly has a great roadmap and future. I was recommended the app and to the customer service is excellent too.

The bandwidth allocation on each plan seems low.
When this happens, the screen gets locked out by a subscription prompt which interrupts my workflow as the only way around it is to return to the product homepage.
However, this is a limitation imposed by Facebook rather than Adilo.
By the next day I found it did not work and asked for assistance in cancelling. I replied to an email and received an email back saying someone would get back to me which never happened.

Overall: Customer service support has been good, thanks to Vivian. The actual platform, I haven't had a great experience with Adilo. It has poor performance. Most of the time, you have to reload and constantly click before the page renders, which is across all browsers.It's not to be compared to Vimeo because the quality does not come close, not even by a mile. I like that the co-founder is ambitious to create. However, Adilo lacks focus on perfecting the basics because the basic functionalities and core functions have the most bugs. It's a lifetime deal. However, I would've canceled if it had been a monthly subscription. I believe Adilo has potential. However, potential is only a possibility.With Adilo, time will tell. It was a lifetime deal; therefore, it's a low risk. Therefore, I don't feel that I've lost much except time trying to get the basic functionalities to load or work. It's time-consuming and frustrating. It's the experience that made me appreciate Vimeo and another LTD I purchased (Gumlet), so I don't mind the monthly expense of Vimeo. I know the quality and the experience I'll get.

Cons: It's very buggy. The Adilo team has shiny object syndrome. They try to be feature-heavy vs. focusing on perfecting the basic functionality, which lags and doesn't work half the time. Therefore, priorities are in no order.Onboarding is not good. Every time I log in, it takes me through a loop as if I'm new and just onboarding. I've brought this to their attention.Many corners were cut - bad development and lack of quality coding back-end, thus the subpar experience.
"Lifetime deal is worth it"
Overall: So far my experience has been a bit limited. I do not do a ton of video just yet. But, I am going to so I was looking for something that would meet my budget and give me video storage, streaming, etc.

Cons: Maybe this is because it's a newer software? But, it was a bit glitchy in some spots. I'm unsure about mobile optimization. And when testing out snapbyte it seemed as if it would be fairly straightforward. I use chrome which is recommended but it was glitchy and froze several times. The interface is not very intuitive on this feature.

Pros: i was struggling to find a cost effective solution for hosting my videos and adilo stacks it up withLot of other extra features-anti theft-AI based systems and the fact you can embed the videos with full control into everything which makes it very worthy
Cons: The cost of tb upgrade is high . much higher that aws or wasabi
