Pros

Der Kundenservice ist sehr unterstützend, fördernd und hilfsbereit. Immer erreichbar und hat für jedes Anliegen bzw. Frage eine Lösung parat. Die Nutzung des Tools is intuitiv und es bringt Spaß NextMatter dem Rest des Unternehmens zu zeigen, da jeder die Begeisterung teilt und Prozesse nun strukturierter und effizienter gestaltet wurde .

Cons

Es gibt wenig, was ich nicht mag. Denn Festures, die das Toll evtl bislang nicht integriert hat, kann man offen kommunizieren und sie finden Gehör und werden eingebaut.

Pros

Absolutely user-friendly and intuitive tool. Our processes, some of which are very complex, could be integrated without any problems. As a result, we are able to save a lot of time on manual processes and eliminate error sources. Originally intended for the operations unit, but meanwhile the entire company (e.g. compliance, finance) has requested to have their processes implemented in Next Matter. Also a huge upside: the super helpful and friendly Next Matter staff, which is always around to help out, even after the onboarding process was finished!

Cons

Nothing negative to report up to this point.

Next Matter ist ein zuverlässiger Partner und sehr gut geeignet um auch sehr komplexe Prozesse abzubilden, zu automatisieren und nachvollziehbar zu dokumentieren. Es ist leicht zu nutzen, anzupassen und der Support ist großartig!

Pros

Der große Vorteil für uns ist sich verändernde und komplexe Prozesse detailgenau abbilden zu können. Auch Prozesse jederzeit anpassen zu können und Veränderungen so einfach umzusetzen ist wichtig. Dadurch haben wir erreicht unsere Prozesse sicher, verlässlich und nachvollziehbar zu gestalten.

Cons

Ein paar Features, die wir uns gewünscht haben, waren noch nicht verfügbar. Jedoch wurde unseren Wünschen sehr schnell entsprochen!

Prozesse gibt es überall und in vielen verschiedenen Formen. Nextmatter bietet da eine echt gute Lösung>. Man kann Prozesse sehr flexibel auf die eigenen Bedürfnisse anpassen. Es gibt eigentlich kein Prozess, den man nicht abbilden könnte. Der Support ist einfach hervorrangend. Wirklich immer erreichbar, immer hilfsbereit und vor allem schnell. Einfach top!

Pros

Die Funktion jeden Prozessschritt einem Team zuzordnen ist echt top! Man kann so jeden Prozessschritt monitoren und sich auch gut im Team abstimmen.

Cons

keine wirklichen Nachteile. Je nach Anzahl der Nutzer und Komplexität des Prozesses, kann es teilweise zu Performance-Verlusten kommen.

Pros

The easiness to use and the way you can customise every single process with many actions within a form with no software development knowledge.

Cons

The functionality to create customised reports on our own is still missed. We can request any report from NM and they will build it but it would be much better to have the ability to do it by ourselves.

Pros

Dadurch, dass die Software nach den eigenen Bedürfnisse und Wünschen flexibel anpassbar ist, könnte es für ein breites Spektrum an Prozessen verwendet werden. Sie ist sehr einfach zu bedienen und übersichtlich - daher auch sehr benutzerfreundlich. Durch automatisierte Schritte bietet sie enorme Vorteile, insbesondere bei komplexeren Prozessen.

Cons

Die Integration mancher komplexen Schritte war am Anfang nicht sehr einfach, wurde aber mit der Zeit optimal gelöst.

Alle unsere Aufgaben können schnell und zügig verteilt werden.

Pros

Nach einer sehr kurzen Eingewöhnungsphase, kommt man mit der Software super zurecht. Der Aufbau ist schlicht und einfach gestaltet. Die Software ist vom jeden Internet fähigen Gerät möglich.

Cons

Manchmal wäre es wünschenswert, wenn man bei den Reitern immer auf die erste Seite kommen würde und nicht immer zurückspringen müsste.

Super geeignet, um manuelle Abläufe in eine klare Struktur zu bringen und Nachzuhalten. Wir nutzen es für verschiedenste Workflows, unter anderem Bezahl- und Abholprozesse in unseren Outlets, Abwicklung von Retourenprozessen, Onboardingprozess, Klärfallprozessen etc. Es ist super versatil, um jegliche Prozessworkflows sehr flexibel und einfach aufzusetzen und Prozesse damit ganz automatisch verfolgen und nachhalten zu können.

Pros

Ohne Implementierungsaufwand von Tag 1 nutzbar. Wir sind mit unserem ersten Mega-Outletstore an einem Freitag live gegangen. Da wir kein passendes Tool hatten haben wir einen Tag vorher den notwendigen Prozess in NextMatter aufgesetzt, am Donnerstag Abend dann kurz den Mitarbeitern vorgestellt und am Freitag zur Eröffnung direkt ohne große Probleme genutzt.

Cons

Da wir bereits seit 2 Jahren erfolgreich mit NextMatter zusammenarbeiten, gab es in der Startphase einige Funktionen noch nicht, die wir uns gewünscht hätten. Diese wurden aber mit der Zeit ergänzt und es kommen regelmäßig weitere Funktionen hinzu, so dass wir uns stetig weiterentwickeln können.

Unbedingte Empfehlung! So geht Prozessautomatisierung heute und endlich kann ich meine diversen Excel-Listen, Emails und Chat Messages zur Seite legen. Spart mir Zeit und ich kann mich wirklich auf die Ergebnisse verlassen.

Pros

Prozessautomatisierung war in meinem Umfeld immer ein Thema das nur für Konzerne relevant und lohnenswert war. Mit Next Matter hat sich das geändert und wir können selbst als Startup im Online-Handel unsere Abläufe ganz einfach erfassen, durchführen, automatisieren und kontinuierlich weiterentwickeln. Hilft uns das weitere Wachstum professionell und stabil anzugehen.

Cons

Um die richtigen Ergebnisse zu bekommen sollte man ein paar Stunden Zeit mitbringen. Das habe ich Anfangs nicht erwartet, die Investition lohnt sich aber und das Team hilft jederzeit mit.
