einfaches onboarding, toller Support, gute Lösungen, entwickelt sich immer weiter Natürlich gibt es immer kleinere Stellschrauben zur Optimierung, aber auf dem aktuellen Stand ist das definitiv eine sehr starke Leistung. Insgesamt eine klare 9 von 10 Punkten.

Pros

Der Heyflow für Vermieterwelt ist insgesamt wirklich überzeugend umgesetzt. Die Struktur ist klar, logisch aufgebaut und führt den Nutzer sehr intuitiv durch den gesamten Prozess. Besonders positiv fällt auf, dass man sich zu keinem Zeitpunkt verloren fühlt – jeder Schritt ergibt Sinn und baut sauber aufeinander auf. Genau das ist entscheidend, um Nutzer nicht zu verlieren und eine hohe Conversion zu erzielen.

Cons

Auch die Nutzerführung wirkt durchdacht: Der Flow ist einfach zu verstehen, reduziert Komplexität und spricht die Zielgruppe der Vermieter direkt und passend an. Man merkt, dass hier nicht nur an Design, sondern auch an Funktionalität und Zielerreichung gedacht wurde.

Pros

Heyflow is super easy to use, even if you arent an IT-Expert and you dont need a lot of time to understand it and work with the programm - the result always look great

Cons

Its rather expensive, especially if you EPL is low - and if you collect a lot of low quality leads that you alos have to pay for

Heyflow has been a reliable part of my workflow for a while now. I use it across multiple client projects, mainly for recruiting funnels connected to Meta Ads campaigns, and it consistently delivers. The setup is intuitive, the logic features are powerful and the results speak for themselves.

Pros

The conditional logic. It lets me build recruiting funnels that feel personal and targeted, which makes a real difference in conversion rates when running Meta Ads campaigns. Combined with the A/B testing feature, I always know what's working and what to improve. It's the tool I reach for first whenever a client needs a funnel.

Cons

The dashboard could use a few more customization options, but it doesn't really affect the day-to-day work.

Pros

What I liked most about Heyflow is how easy it is to create interactive, high-converting funnels without needing any technical skills. The drag-and-drop builder is very intuitive, which makes it quick to go from an idea to a live flow. I also really appreciate how it enables fast testing and iteration, helping to continuously improve user journeys and lead quality.

Cons

What I liked least is that the customization can feel a bit limited when working on more complex or highly specific use cases. While it’s great for standard flows, building more advanced logic or fully custom designs can sometimes be restrictive.

Overall, Heyflow has been a great tool for helping us reach new audiences and improve conversions. While the UI could be more intuitive, the strong design options and ready-made templates more than make up for it.

Pros

The design flexibility is what really sets Heyflow apart and ultimately influenced our decision to choose their tool. It allows us to create different funnels for different audiences while maintaining a fully on-brand experience for each one.

Cons

Setting up advanced logic and rules took longer than expected, although in the end we got it working well. We are currently missing a built-in email validation feature. In addition, the HubSpot integration is not optimal, but we were able to make it work for our needs.

Our overall experience has been fantastic. Heyflow truly acts as a partner rather than just a software provider. We have had a dedicated account manager since the beginning who is extremely responsive and always there when we need assistance. They are true experts in the field who clearly appreciate their clients, and the platform has become an essential part of our lead generation strategy.

Pros

We have been using Heyflow for almost two years and have built hundreds of funnels during that time. The platform is incredibly intuitive, making it easy for non-technical team members to create complex, high-performing funnels without any coding knowledge. The integration with other applications is seamless and works perfectly every time. Additionally, their commitment to client success is outstanding; they host regular webinars to keep us updated on new features and best practices, ensuring we are always getting the most out of the tool.

Cons

While the reporting and dashboards are excellent for individual funnels, managing a large volume of active funnels can be challenging. Currently, we have to analyze reports on a per-funnel basis. It would be a significant improvement to have a centralized "Master Dashboard" where we could see aggregated data—such as total traffic, clicks, and conversions—across all active funnels in one place.

Heyflow is a powerful and modern tool for building high converting forms and funnels without technical complexity. The combination of usability, AI support and outstanding customer support makes it an excellent choice for performance driven teams.

Pros

Very intuitive and easy to use. Creating interactive forms and funnels is fast, and the AI input helps generate better flows and ideas right away. The tool is perfect for conversion-focused lead generation. The support team is absolutely world-class, fast, helpful, and highly solution oriented.

Cons

There is no lifetime subscription. Pricing and feature limitations can be a bit restrictive compared to some alternatives

The slow saving and publishing. Also, when we went live we had a ton of bot submissions that couldn't be stopped.
