Pros

It's easy to set up and use, it has sufficient functionality on a free plan (they don't force you into a paid plan straight away to use the bare minimum). They have good resources to establish basic knowledge

Cons

the export functions were glitchy at first so I didn't have a pdf or PPT I could use for a presentation as I assumed

Using SurveyMonkey has been a great experience I use it once a month for surveys online and the work environment very professional setting.

Pros

SurveyMonkey is one of the most used in my region as a medical professional, the surveys are true trusted results from users that use it constantly.

Cons

Using SurveyMonkey sometimes the surveys are very long, but most of the time is short, the only down time is how long it takes to filled a survey in, but for the most part is okay.

Still no major issues with SurveyMonkey. Once in a while a survey will time out, or not go through, but it's very rare.

The service is very intuitive, users do not need much time to start using it. That's pretty staight forward, but at the same time having all the functionality needed. I find this service one of the best on the market

Pros

Easy to use, has all the funcrions needed, but not overloaded with functionality. Also great value for money and good privacy settings.

Cons

Maybe there could be some more functions, but really diffocult to say, what I didn't like while using it, cause I really liked everything

I do believe you could accomplish great analytical data on this platform but you really need to be able to pay for the service which for a small business is more difficult.

I like that the survey platform is user friendly and well knows by my responders. It is easy to customize and use the analytics.

It is super easy to rule out surveys for employee feedback. I love how user friendly it is. Highly recommend.

It isnt very hard to set up, but like any software you need to set aside time to do so. Still recommend.

It remains a great way to create, manage, and send surveys. The options for creating and managing them are excellent.

Cons

Individual memebership continues being expensive, you I recommend you if you can join with other freelancers will be good for your pocket
