This tool was instrumental for us to avoid employees shying away from filling our HR questionnaires for the company. The Employees are filling in the questionnaire right now on his/her cell phone and WhatsApp connector is like crazy cool.

Pros

The chat style surveys are good I guess. Im honestly shocked the automation triggers didn't completely crash when we hooked them up to Slack. It takes less time than the old boring forms.

Cons

The reporting dashboards are so confusing. When you click into individual questions to check the skip conditions it takes literally forever to load and it lags so bad which drives me crazy when I am trying to finish a campaign.

Overall, SurveyMonkey is a reliable and flexible survey tool that combines simplicity with powerful customization options. I would highly recommend it to organizations of all sizes.

Pros

SurveyMonkey is an excellent tool for creating surveys quickly and efficiently. One of the things I like most is how intuitive and user-friendly the platform is. Even users with little experience can build professional-looking surveys in just a few minutes. The customization options are also a major strength. SurveyMonkey offers a wide variety of question types and formatting choices, making it easy to design surveys for virtually any purpose, from employee engagement and customer feedback to event registrations and market research.

Cons

My only criticism is the way response data is exported. While the export feature is functional, I feel the formatting could be improved to make the data easier to analyze and present, especially when working with larger surveys or sharing results with others

SurveyMonkey has been great for collecting feedback and organizing data. The platform is incredibly user-friendly, making it easy to create professional-looking surveys in just minutes. Cons

The major downside is the cost and you cannot share passwords, each team member has to have their own account.

My overall experience with SurveyMonkey was very positive. I used it in 2024 during my NPower Canada program while completing the Google IT Support Certificate through Coursera. The program ran from May to August, and after it ended, NPower used SurveyMonkey to collect feedback from graduates. The platform was simple to navigate, the questions were clearly structured, and it only took a few minutes to complete each survey. It made the feedback process smooth, organized, and convenient, especially since it worked well on both my phone and laptop.

Pros

I liked how easy and straightforward SurveyMonkey was to use. The surveys were well‑organized, simple to navigate, and quick to complete. I also appreciated that it worked smoothly on both my phone and laptop, which made it convenient during the NPower Canada program. The clear question formats and clean layout made the feedback process fast and stress‑free.

Cons

The only thing I liked least was that some surveys felt a bit long when there were many questions in one session. Also, a few features—like advanced question logic or deeper analytics—seem to require paid plans, so organizations using the free version have limited customization.

I love getting feedback on specific things and to track a variety of information. You can get data and analyze is easier.

Pros

I like that it is easy to use, great value and can be used many times to get great feedback on the information needed.

Cons

The free plan has certain limitations but a better plan can be purchased. There is limited design capabilities.

SurveyMonkey has been my go-to survey developer for over 15-years. They were one of the first, and they have the art of surveying perfected.

Pros

SurveyMonkey is a fantastic, "point-and-click" survey software that allows users to create very high-quality and tailored surveys for a wide range of uses, from training satisfaction to polling and ranking. Fantastic for mixed-methods research and evaluation efforts.

Cons

The features that are the most beneficial and can really tailor and nuance your survey can be extra costs.

Pros

I like how the surveys can be customized to any experience, profession, or industry. It also allows you to be thorough with responses.

Cons

I don't like how hard it is to reach customer service, especially for certain topics. The AI bot wants to try and answer the question.
