It was easy to set up ..the team from Vispato did the most for us!

Cons

The log in procedure ..getting a link, have an autenticator and then Im not in the admin part im like someone who wants to report something..

Durchweg positiv. Die Stellen, an denen aus individueller Sicht Verbesserungsbedarf besteht, werden von den Ansprechpartnern aufgenommen und scheinbar ernsthaft im Rahmen einer fortschreitenden Verbesserung gewürdigt.

Pros

Die Übersichtlichkeit, die intuitive Bedienung und der stets ansprechbare Support.

Cons

Bislang haben wir keine wirklich negativen Erfahrungen gemacht. In vereinzelten Punkten wäre für unsere Einsatzzwecke eine leicht Anpassung vorteilhaft. Hierbei handelt es sich aber um Details, die keinen Einfluss auf die uneingeschränkte Nutzbarkeit des Tools haben.

Wir setzen Vispato für unsere Mandanten ein, die bei uns den Service einer Hinweisgeberstelle beauftragt haben. Man findet schnell rein in das Programm. Die einfache Bedienung helfen sehr dabei, eingehende Hinweise schnell und effizient zu beantworten.

Pros

Sehr einfach und übersichtlich. Intuitiv in der Konfiguration und in der Bedienung. An die wichtigen Fristen nach dem Hinweisgeberschutzgesetz wird man erinnert. Sehr hohe Sicherheitsstandards und vollständig in Deutschland betrieben.

Cons

Die sehr hohen Sicherheitsstandards beeinträchtigen beim Login etwas die Usability, aber angesichts des Einsatzzwecks wohl ein notwendiges Übel.

Die Einrichtung/Einbindung des Meldesystems mit den Verantwortlichen von Vispato erfolgte reibungslos. Die TOMs entsprechen uneingeschränkt unseren Anforderungen. Vispato ist ein System, welches den aktuellen Anforderungen entspricht.

Pros

Das System überzeugt durch seine hohen Sicherheitsstandards, ist modern, übersichtlich und sehr benutzerfreundlich. Es ist sehr einfach zu händeln. Die Meldenden werden gut durch ihre Meldung geführt. Ebenso ist die Bearbeitung durch die Meldestellenbeauftragten unkompliziert und sehr übersichtlich.

Cons

Trotz der guten Möglichkeiten, individuelle Anpassungen vorzunehmen, wäre eine insbesondere farbliche Individualisierung (Wiedererkennungswert der eigenen Firma) wünschenswert.

Die Einrichtung war in kürzester Zeit umgesetzt. Der Kundenservice ist fantastisch und hat bei allen Fragen sofort geholfen. Den Mitarbeiter war auch alles schnell begreiflich.

Einfach und sicher! Das System ist unkompliziert und war für alle Mitarbeiter schnell und gut verständlich.

Cons

Die Möglichkeit das Firmenlogo einzubringen ist im Basispaket leider nicht enthalten.

Die Ersteinstellungen waren sehr einfach gestaltet und verständlich. In der täglichen Anwendung ist eine einfache Handhabung und Nutzung wesentlich. Diese Anforderungen sind hier nachweislich erfüllt.
