Our Bookings process has been cut by half. Finding the right candidate for the available positions has become a breeze. Communicating with all available candidates at once makes the response time so much quicker. The time for processing Timesheets and approving Payroll has come down by 70%. Getting staff paid quicker and accurately has been a great advantage. Rostering, adding shifts and filling them is now such a simple process. Lastly there Customer / Client service is of a exceptional standard. Pros Scissors cuts through the “drag and monotonies” of recruitment to get to the REAL work done --- getting staff and clients connected. What we do does not need to be complicated as it takes time away from filling the next shift and getting the next client satisfied. We believe in a Simple Simon approach, and that’s what Scissors has. My Candidates wound the "end user" app very Helpful and easy to use Cons There were some "Management reporting" that was not available but was custom designed by the Development team on request.
