Pros With Google pay I don't have to worry about card clonning, also I can pay in Ebay, local stores, and more online platforms, even on my laptop, phone or watch, card in home, pay with phone. Even my grandma uses it. Cons I don't have a problem with google, not at all, this is very helpful and very easy to use, my problem is to some stores that still don't allows it. If someone is looking for secure, reliable and easy to use application Google Pay is definitely worth considering. Pros One of the standout features of Google Pay is its security. With tokenization or NFC based tap to pay and biometric authentication. I am always relaxed in term of security as I know it is safe from scammers and frauds. It always flag someone out of the contact list or unknown UPI while transferring payments. The users are well informed for having safest transaction experience with google pay and it also guides us with its regular newsletter on our mail of upcoming cyberthreats going on and how not to become the victim of one. I also appreciate its integration with loyalty reward programs. As it pays reward or cashback to users on making payments. You will sometimes earn vouchers for Netflix, Amazon Prime and other products. Also it has a awesome referral program where it pays up on successful referral addition. Cons However google pay is a very efficient application still there is room for improvement, During peak hours users sometimes see there transactions get failed which is quite frustrating to me as a customer. July 15, 2025 1.0 Trying to speak directly to customer service to someone at google or fitbit is non existent. What else is there to say! Pros Not one thing. 0 customer support or service. Colossol waste of time to speak with someone. Crazy that to review, this site wants my linked in acct or business acct. Cons Somehow I am being billed over $10/mos for fitbit premium for over a year. I do not recall signing up for this. Google reported "We see no fraudulent activity". No refund, no nothing. I have replied at the very least stop charging me. We will see. The animation from Google is so beautifully created and it tinkles excitement in using the app. On days like Valentines day or Christmas day, the animation updates automatically and it shows as surprise to users every time. Pros I like that you can tap with no limit on Google Pay and you can arrange which is your primary card to use on the app. It gives you so many different card functions for you to add or enter the barcode in to use your gift card or loyalty cards in shops. The fact that you can switch between your Google email accounts if need be (personal/ business), Google Pay made this seamless and hassle-free. For example, it also automatically syncs your cinema ticket or flight ticket (if you allow it) to your wallet within a few easy taps has made my life a lot easier whilst traveling constantly.
