It's an absolute game changer. And, it adds so much efficiency and ease to life. You can pay other people as well with it. Pros It's super convenient to use. If I forget my wallet or dont want to go searching for my cards I can use Apple Pay. The wifi is super convenient. And, it shows me my receipt swiftly on my phone. However, once I finally made the decision, I haven't looked back. I feel that the software works great and gives you everything you need with it and nothing that you don't. Pros What I like most about Apple Pay is that when I use it to pay for goods or services in-person, I never have to sign my receipts. I know that is a strange thing to say is my most favorite thing about Apple Pay. But often times I will find myself purposely using Apple Pay as payment at stores or businesses that I know will require me to sign my receipt should I use a credit card. It makes it easy to just pull out my phone and pay for things at the store or online without needing to find my cards in my wallet or enter my credit card information online. Pros It makes pay for groceries and merchandise easy either in a physical brick and mortar store or online like Amazon, Macy's, or eBay. Also, I am glad that businesses cover any service fees and the consumers do not have to pay a service fee to use it. Cons It isn't convenient to know which stores accept and don't accept Apple Pay, making carrying a wallet with you card a must. The app also allows for texting currency to your designated recipient, easily allowing the recipient to also add the funds into their own Apple wallet. In comparing this platform with other Payment platforms (apples to apples), Apple Pay will always be the forerunner. Pros This payment platform is very convenient for patrons on the go, & for those who easily lose personal items on a daily basis: Keeping all forms of payment into one single app organized, easily accessible & retrievable. Cons Not all banking cards are accepted through Apple Pay. Some banks do not allow for Apple Pay to be utilized. I also like that it's secure and you don't have to have your wallet on you 24/7. It's very seamless and efficient for everyday use. It's free to use which is obviously nice and easy to use for in-app purchases. " October 26, 2024 5.0 One of my other favorite features about Apple Pay is that anyone with an iPhone can send and receive money by simply sending a text message! This has to be the fastest and easiest way to send money to someone. It's literally instant & there are no fees! Pros Apple Pay is very user-friendly. You can upload your credit/debit cards by simply taking a picture of the card, without having to manually enter any numbers. I would estimate that at least 90% of the places I shop accept Apple Pay. One very large chain that does not allow you to use Apple Pay is wal-mart, which has been frustrating a few times when I didn't have any cash or cards on me. I love the fact that if I'm going on a bike ride, as long as I have my phone, I'm able to grab a coffee or a bottle of water without having to carry my purse or cash while biking. I'm able to just tap my phone & it acts exactly the same as using the hardcopy. There are no additional fees for using Apple Pay vs your actual card. It's faster & more convenient then digging through my purse & wallet to pay for my items with cash or cards! Cons I don't like that I can't use it to send money to anyone who doesn't have an iPhone. I have had a wonderful overall experience with the application and it is used in my daily activities numerous times. Pros Apple pay is super convenient and safe. I love the ability to tap my phone or Apple Watch at a merchant and pay with my Apple device. The transaction is instant and secure. Cons Apple Pay is only available on Apple devices which creates some limitation on its users but other than that it works as a great payment processing application.
