### "Amazing company unparalleled product "

Pros

The ability to customize messages to what when where and how they are sent/received is absolutely amazing. Anytime you have an issue or question about anything the customer support team is active and always ready to answer questions about anything! they will even make videos to help you through any issue.

Cons

The only thing i wish this platform had is the ability to integrate multiple email accounts. As an example, i'm contracted with two companies and have different emails for each. Because of this, i run different types of campaigns that would allow me to organize where my leads and responses are coming from easier. Regardless this is a very small issue.

### "Great for lead communication"

We have been using Bonzo for about 2 years now and while it was a little slow to roll out with our team at first, we have adapted pretty well to it. As I mentioned earlier, they provide great support resources which makes training easy for new hires who are learning to use the system.

Pros

Bonzo allows integration with Zapier and we have successfully connected two to three other systems with Bonzo that has collectively made up our smooth flow of automation. It has been a great tool for our agents to use to keep up with leads where they can create specific campaigns to filter leads.Our older agents who are less tech savvy can find tons of great support resources in Bonzo's help section.

Cons

There can occasionally be some hiccups/disconnects between Bonzo and some of our other systems that we do not get notified of. For the most part, their support team is pretty quick to get back to us and has shown a great deal of patience and effort when working to resolve these issues, but it would be nice for us to get notified of disconnects immediately.

### "Run DO NOT WALK away from this company"

At first it went just fine, then they jacked the price up and I got out of the industry. They are impossible to work with just trying to cancel a subscription that I NO LONGER USE. This happened to a few people in my office. They are terrible.

Pros

Nothing they jacked up the price by 80% out of nowhere.

Cons

I attempted to cancel this when I was no longer in the broker industry and they continue to charge my card after me telling the to stop and fighting the charges, this has been going on for 11 months! They say they can't find my account but they can sure charge me $92 per month with no issues.

I wouldn't recommend it quite yet. They're still too early.

Pros

The automation and simplified use. Great at following up and not like other crm's like SF or Jungo where you have to become a coder.

Cons

It's not quite ready yet in my opinion if you are a loan officer who produces at a high level. There are kinks they still need to figure out and I'm sure over time they will fix like having buyer/listing agents attached the borrower during the pipeline stages. Co-borrower when transferred over like if there are two borrowers, you can only send an e-mail to one borrower. Integration is subpar and the phone system is not like Ring Central where you can have a centralized phone number for all parties to text and call . Also, I have an assistant that handles everything for me, she cannot have the same functions as me without upgrading to pretty much the same price as a full. So she cannot move/merge leads for example and only limited to view leads .

### "Don't Bother"

Terrible- tried cancelling for several months and get passed from person to person with no results. You have to literally dispute charges with your bank, they will never cancel or refund for their mistakes.

Pros

The Demo- after that it was a disaster trying to sign up with a link that didn't work. Then the onboarding and training was a group webinar or pay an extra $450 to get any personal attention.

Cons

Training is a joke. Customer support is like the DMV-don't even have a phone line to call, everything is a Chat Bot and they have billing issues that will never get resolved.

Poor customer service can’t waste time watching YouTube videos

Pros

Could be awesome if setup properly but it’s not help is not there

Cons

A bear to setup and the support changes every week

Bonzo gives the impression that you can access all their features right away, but in reality, it took nearly a month just to get an assigned phone number approved. Their customer support is extremely poor. Even if the phone number isn’t usable, you’ll still be charged the monthly fee plus administration and setup fee. They may even continue charging your credit card after cancellation. Save yourself the trouble—there are much better CRM options available.

The demo and their website. Some training available.

Cons

Bad service, pricey, and takes too long to get it set up.

Still not able to configure the system, sent a few emails and not reply yet.

Pros

Possibility to use one system to send email, txt, voicemail

Cons

Very concern regarding the difficulty I have been experiencing in reaching the customer service department. Unfortunately, despite my attempts to seek assistance through email, I have not received a response thus far.

Reason for choosing Bonzo

No contract, able to cancel anytime.

This has been a great way to get in touch with clients while on the go. Auto features makes reaching out to prospects more reliable.

Pros

Web based, auto text, user friendly and excellent customer support. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] has been absolutely amazing!

Cons

Getting started, lots of great features and can take some time getting set up. I wouldn't say this is what I like least since all new programs take time to fully understand.
