Pros It is easy to communicate quickly with clients and resolve their needs promptly. Their support staff doesn't answer phone calls, texts or email. Particularly I believe they misrepresented the functionality, and they certainly promised support. Pros It's not good at all, the things it does can be done another way much less expensively. Cons the thing about their review request, it needs always to be the same one sent to everybody, and people can only leave a review if they also have an account like Google for Google reviews, etc., but Kenect doesn't offer many, just Google and Facebook and one more--just a couple review kinds, what a rip off. Cons I don't like that if you have multiple contacts with the same number, that you cant connect the message to each of the folders in Filevine. It's much easier to send a text than to pick up the phone and call clients. Cons I wish I could send a text to more than one person at the same time. It is very rare that we have any questions/issues, but if we did; it was resolved and/or explained quickly. So far, using Kenect has been easy for us and our customers. Pros This product is easy to learn, understand and use. We are able to apply it to various departments throughout our company (ie: Parts, Service, Marketing). Cons It would be nice to have an option to send out a mass message to users based on specific criteria.
