"Great knowledge base platform"
Pros: A great knowledge base platform with a lot of great functions, like a help widget so your websites visitors always got can look up answers to their questions.
Cons: There are a lot of features coming, so looking forward to those features. I would also like to be able to customize the UI more.

Overall: Our experience with labiknow has been a smooth one. The only noteworthy points came when we realized it could do more than we were expecting with user surveys and analytics.
Pros: The knowledge base and help center drew us to try the product. It has delivered on all of its claims as well as been reliable and easy to set up.
Cons: The software UI is a bit rough around the edges. I wish they were a bit further down the path of their roadmap but having used the live features I am pleased enough to be patient as they develop them out.
