We have reduced our appointment times with patients due to a more streamlined process with medical history collection and access to pathology results. We now have a digital platform of health information to be provided in a more timely way and more relevant to the individual patient.

Pros

Ease of use , assists with monitoring patient's preparation for their hospital appointment, streamlines booking in processes and provides regular health information to patients. First class response by Personify Care if issues arise- always extremely prompt and nothing is too much trouble.

Cons

Having to contact Personify Care to put documents onto the platform instead of not being able to do it directly myself.

They have provided excellent support to launch and ongoing support to further customise to our needs.

Pros

Automated follow-ups and reminders save admin time from manually chasing up responses, and the dashboard was customised to our needs. It's been relatively easy to update pathways when we changed processes and where we have needed support the team have been responsive.

Cons

Nothing - it was hands-down superior to the other solutions we evaluated.

I have found it to be the most painless and positive experience. \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] has been absolutely amazing , so easy to work with and very responsive to my requests. A\[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] is also proving to be a terrific resource too. The Personify Pathway (PP)has mapped our workflows and adapted to fit us and not the other way around. The PP has absolutely changed our ability to book patients to lists. Where we previously struggled to get lists booked 7 days in advance , PP has revolutionised our service with lists now booked up to 3 weeks in advance. I love it and do not want the trial to end!!

Pros

The ability to refine my involvement to just clinical input has been significant. All administrative tasks have been removed from my area of responsibility. I also have patients that are now able to be booked without any involvement from me as they have not raised any red flags. The ability to change and adapt the pathway has made it so easy to use. We were able to add two new pathways so simply that it was completely painless.

Cons

I find it frustrating when I am in "DAC and consent" then go into a patient record and complete the Clinical Note followed by submit- you are sent back to Home Icon and do not stay in the patient record but have to look them up again and click back in- this I hate!! I have actually forgotten which patient I was in and had to struggle to work out who's record I was actioning.

Reason for choosing Personify Care

I played no part in choosing, I'm simply the beneficiary.

Very good experience overall.

Pros

Ease of use. Advantages for completing request for Admission remotely and urgently when required. Less paper as no need for admission and appointment letters.

Cons

The fact that you cannot delete the surgery date if no date can be re-booked forces you to suspend the pathway. Some patients have trouble with this. It would be better if you could delete the date as duringCOVID it was common not to be able to give a new date.

Amazing! Their staff are friendly, helpful and usually respond within the hour!!!

Pros

Personify Care has customised a program for NALHN that has streamed lined our women's care at their first antenatal visit and distributes all antenatal education throughout their pregnancy. The staff are always available to assist with questions we may have, updates we request or changes we require.

Cons

Currently we cannot close previous pregnancies which leaves chance of error if the user doesn't check the dates information was entered, and may review information from a previous pregnancy.

The staff at Personify was always willing to discuss changes or concerns that my staff and I had. They truly personalized the platform and allowed my clinic to function seamlessly during a difficult period in the pandemic. I would highly recommend their solution to any healthcare organization.

Pros

The platform gave my clinic the ability to quickly scale up a solution that gave me and my staff the ability to register patients remotely during the height of the pandemic. We did not have this ability before. It also gave patients insight on their care plan and they really appreciated it.

Cons

At the time there was no seamless integration with our EMR but I believe this functionality may have been added by now.
