Pros I use the probate application forms most often- I like that it makes it faster/easier to prepare forms. Cons Sometimes it prepopulates forms with incorrect information- the problem then repeats throughout the forms. Sometimes these errors result in probate applications being returned, thereby delaying probate. I also wished that it made suggestions and/or used templates- ie. if the intake section reveals that the estate falls within the small estate limits, it should only offer small estate relevant forms/prepopulate accordingly. Similarly, if I indicate that I am going to be using an estimated value, it should suggest the necessary forms that I will need to include in the probate application. The customer service has been great and has helped us to customize some of the features for our firm. If we ever have any questions we are able to speak with an Estateably agent in a timely manner. Cons At this time, I think the only improvement could be a chat help text box. Sometimes my question may be small and doesn't require a zoom meeting to address.
