Pros I use the probate application forms most often- I like that it makes it faster/easier to prepare forms. Cons Sometimes it prepopulates forms with incorrect information- the problem then repeats throughout the forms. Sometimes these errors result in probate applications being returned, thereby delaying probate. I also wished that it made suggestions and/or used templates- ie. if the intake section reveals that the estate falls within the small estate limits, it should only offer small estate relevant forms/prepopulate accordingly. Similarly, if I indicate that I am going to be using an estimated value, it should suggest the necessary forms that I will need to include in the probate application. Review Source PR Pedro R. Pros Ability to build a data base (and edit when necessary) for each estate Cons integration was not difficult - I watched the tutorial (but was not trained on the software). As with any software there is a learning curve, the customer service has made it a breeze to figure things out. Anyone with any estate experience can install the program and be up and running immediately. I absolutely LOVE Estateably! Pros I love that everything I need is there. Sometimes it takes a bit of time to find it, but any form I need is there in the program. The other thing I love is the customer service. There is never any delay when I have a problem that I need help with or an issue that needs to be addressed. Cons I wish the forms could be edited at the source instead of having to edit it each time you generate it. We have certain formatting preferences (most of which are not critical to the form - I think the word applicant should be capitalized in some instances) and every time I generate a document I have to go in and make the changes. It would be nice to be able to have the forms homed on our system so that they could be edited on the master so I didn't have to make the changes every time. Estateably made it very easy to switch from our former software and we are very pleased with the product. Cons Takes a little getting used to -- in order to know the back-end and how you answer certain questions will affect the outcome on the forms. But it's very easy to go back and change/figure out. They're continually making improvements/enhancements and the support team is always available, if required. Cons At the onset, my only issue was that some asset amounts were not included in the total without clicking in and out of the file however, I believe that issue has been fixed.
